We love the apartment
There was confusion when signing the 50 page lease agreement so our rent got raised $60 per month right out of the gate
All maintenance requests are handle quickly and efficiently
Property is kept up all grass is always green no overflowing trash bins
Guest parking is a joke
Overall we are happy here and would recommend you come see for yourself

I waited until i got to see the ends and outs before submitting my review. [ Been here 7months. ] The unit is very nice. However i have never seen vinyl flooring! It peels very easily so, just a heads up (get plenty of rugs) not all units come with washer and dryer. & going inside the onsite laundry mat is very uncomfortable as the air-conditioning doesnt work in there and there are no windows. The pool is beautiful and i enjoy going to the hotub. That area is very well kept. The maintenance started off with a rough patch but now i have nothing but positive feedback when something needs to be fixed. He is professional & very quick. The staff is okay. Property manager is friendly & helpful. [ he was really great when we first got started and made the move in pretty seemless] The women that work the front desk, [ a few of them not all ] have very curt non- chalant attitudes, when bringing a concern to their attention. They have alot of little fees that is tacked on your rent that you really shouldn't be responsible for. ** recently i almost had my car stolen & when I talked to the office about it, it wasnt taken with any concern and I was just told to " call the cops". I advised them that they should invest in Camera's. That would be a fee i would not actually mind contributing too. It would be a 5 if most of those listed above were taken care of. Not a bad place to live but also not the worst. I hope that management will look into this because it definitely could benefit from some improvements.

It's the summer, so air is running daily. Need to have maintenance come and replace my old style filter because my apartment hasn't been updated yet. Harvey is always quick and efficient.

It's the summertime, so according to Pest Control that's why the roaches are running wild now. Had him lay poison and now spraying every two weeks. It's probably too expensive for them to spray the whole building at once, so I really suffer in the summertime.

They told me to move around, May, why would I wait till July to move, when it's the hottest part Arizona, and pay them etc, when there the ones told me no renewal and it's not for non payment, I paid on time 4 two years, it's like 150 degrees, it feels like, outside, I'm not going move in that weather, plus, I'm a senior citizen but this office don't care about people, I think her names Erica, she refused turn my heat on near last Thanksgiving, I had to call Crisis line, that 211, number, to get help, Erica snotty voice and superior attitude, like it's Hollywood, when it's a roach infested apt, worse experience, I've ever had, they have " hidden" fees", it's true, you'll see, if you move here,

Office staff went above and beyond to help me get moved in quickly. Neighbors are very welcoming and I am so happy to call Presidio “home”!

I would give zero stars if possible.
Parking is horrible.as very small small car port. In 5-6 years since I have lived there. I been able to park in my spot less then 7 times.
Being lied to about rent going up. Studio apartment is almost $1600.500 square feet. I started out 5-6 years ago paying $736 a month all inclusive. You can see what they rent for any apartment by Presidio.just know there A LOT of extra cost on top of that! Don't rent from them! Lies. Big corporation bought them out and I have met them personally. Stay away from this company! Trust me. It's unfortunate paying that amount of money in a shady area that has a horrible crime rate.

I have to edit my current review with the apartment from 5 star to 4 star. I love living here and enjoying every stay in my apartment until something happen to my loving car yesterday. I hope the management will put a lot of CCTV's in the area to help for more security reasons especially on the gates. I hope the apartment complex management will have some special events so neighbors can gather and have a friendly conversations to create a more healthy environment. Thank you!

This is the worst place ever. My friend was washing his clothes & when he went to get them to put in the dryer there was a live roach running around in the washer. After he took the clothes out, the roach went back in one of the holes in the washing machine. So there are roaches in the washers too. That complex being overun by dirty roaches due to the nasty people that don't keep their apartments clean. If you are a clean person stay away from here you will get roaches in your apartment no matter how clean you are. Parking spaces too small meant for tiny cars. Not a great neighborhood. I would not rent from here, it is getting worse by the day.

My daughter and I took a tour of Presidio North over the weekend and we were both very pleased with the homey look of the outside of the units, and the cleanliness of the grounds. The unit we saw was clean, modern, and very cute for a studio. I should note that in the studio, the sleeping area is separated from the living area by a privacy wall, which I think is very cool. We spoke to a family of residents that had only great things to say about the property, which was awesome. Also, the property is gated and has night time security, so that's also a plus. My daughter really liked the feel of this place, so we did put in an application. We'll see if Presidio becomes her new home.

Nice apartments, decently priced. The 500 pet deposit is whatever but the 300 dollar pet screening is ridiculously expensive. And I’ve checked all over and no other complex has a pet screening fee for that much.

Good experience overall. The apartment conditions were great and maintenance was very fast at solving any issues.

Took a tour here for a studio apt. Love the complex! Nice, smaller, older but in good shape and grounds are shady from lots of mature trees. I choose not to live here only because it was just a bit more than I was comfortable spending as I have other financial goals.

Maintenence was quick to respond but the office is not. Emails are responded to within 3-5 days and the office never answers their phone. Your only bet is to go into the office, and half the time the staff does not know what is going on with really anything.

Writing this review on all apartments. If you’re thinking about moving this way, don’t! The freeways heading north and south are always closed on the weekend. No one knows when this will end but it’s the most frustrating, inconvenience! So much that I am taking the time to warn others! It adds an extra 30/60 mins to get to where you need to go on the weekends. I moved to greenway in sept and have been dealing with this ever since! I promise you, find somewhere else to live for the next year! You’re welcome!

Worst complex ever
I was waiting for 40 minutes in the office just yesterday, no body was there to help and it was all from my time
I needed help and they weren’t helpful.

Roaches, Dope fiends laying around and breaking into cars, and my deposit wasn't returned in full with no explanation. I actually don't need an explanation just keep the money.

We previously lived here for 3 years and loved it. Even with some unruly neighbors we still enjoyed our apartment. We had some minor set backs with progressing into a home but Presidio was very welcoming with our return and we are thankful they took us in again.

Dont do it! This place is discussing and rates go up at least z$200 a year depending on management which changes often.
