They were pretty responsive when I was stranded on the 303 loop. The driver handled my car well, and was very courteous.

Had to use them to get my truck in for a intoxalock calibration, used them to return the truck home, as it won't start. The driver tried starting my truck causing a violation and lockout. I called and they acted like its not their fault. When I explained my truck was in lockout while STILL on their flatbed they then tried to excuse it by saying the have to turn the ignition on to put it in neutral, expect my truck is a manual transmission. Anyone who drives for a living knows ignition doesn't need to be on to put a manual vehicle in neutral. When I told him it's a manual transmission he admitted that changes everything. At that point he insisted he was going to resolve the matter, ended our call and I haven't heard back since. Thank to them I have to pay 75 to the mechanic to reset the lockout and 75 to intoxalock setting me back 150$. Not to mention according to the state I now have a violation for failed test. Best part is listening to THEIR driver gripe that he drove across town and only got paid 38$ for the drop. Hope your cameras caught that prestigious. DO NOT USE! NFG

My insurance company I go through provided this third party towing service which information was being texted to me about the ETA of when to expect the tow truck. I waited patiently in the dark with my car partially in the street as I described to my insurance carrier which provides the information to the third party vendor they use. After 45 minutes of the ETA I was provided I callback number provided in the text for me to call to check the status a rude gentleman answered and said hold on like he really didn't want to be bothered in the first place. I asked about the tow and what happened to the news which was showing fun text arriving fun 1 minute The first thing that came out his mouth was if you stop yelling I will check. Which I was not yelling more nervous than anything due to the area I was in was very dark and my car was partially in the street. Then I gave the description of my vehicle he stated he does not see a pickup for my vehicle at all then he stated the pick up was cancelled and didn't know why then when I asked for his name he stated that is not important so I asked for to a manager he stated I will give you the name and the number then again I asked why was I not notified he said I don't know why and that my insurance carrier should have notified me then he stated they had no service available iny area after saying he did not know why. The guy was very rude and unprofessional and I hope the call was recorded. I then called my insurance again and this same company responded again. Then got another text from this same company showing an ETA for another tow about another 2 hours which I cancelled this request myself I want no dealings with this company after waiting 4 hours for a tow that was never coming in the first place. Bad customer service and making statements saying I was yelling lying so he can tell the manager that I called in yelling so he would not have to assist I complained to my insurance carrier due to this is service I do pay for.

In Response to "Boosted EuroGuy" Let me correct you when you state that the company is compassionless & money hungry. Since I have been with the company they are anything but that. Everybodies situation is different but I have yet 2 see them deny anybody their vehicle. Nor I have not seen them not willing 2 work with anybody in any situation. They both have a lot of heart & truely care about the customers, & employees.
So for you 2 be acting like this vehicle was yours and and as if the $$ was coming out your pocket is funny af! What you are crying about is a $50 dollar differnce in the amount that was probably quoted 2 the owner the day before you came 2 the yard. Which the amount accrues on a daily basis. The owner was also advised of what documents that he needed 2 submit 2 us along with the paperwork you brought in. There was no additional documents our owner asked you 4 but our standard procedures. Which are the same for anybody that is the owner.
So let me put you in your place & remind you that most transporters that remove a vehicle from our yard or any yard 4 that matter usually come with a flat bed or a tow truck & removes it from our place 2 another. Yet you so-called "transporter" had the audacity to drive his vehicle on a flat tire & in the condition it was in (thanks 4 adding the pictures 2 show everybody how careless you are). & your welcome for reminding you your position!
All I can say now is that you beter that we do not come across one of your personal vehicles. Because I would hate yet love 2 make you eat them words. Enjoy your day "Boosted EuroGuy"

Waited 5 hours with a no show.kept extending the eta.stopped answering phone calls. Had to call another company to finish the job. Wasted 5 hours of my time in this heat.worst experience I have had with the towing company

Ron and Chris are the best 100% recommend they got my car out with 0% damage on it they got there in 25 minutes after 4 hours of waiting on a different company who never showed up if your in a bind please call Ron and Chris and I promise you’ll be happy by the end thanks again boys

I had a fantastic tow tuck driver - Adam. He was early for pick up. Waited patiently for me to handle my business with the dealership. He was kinda and was so supportive during a stressful time. I highly recommend him. Will definitely use him again:)

If I could give more stars, I would! My rental car broke down. The rental company’s roadside assistance set up to have the car picked up and delivered to airport and to have another car delivered to where I was staying. Got a call from the driver, he had little to no information from RA and I had to help him find the car. They also didn’t inform them of the destination…only airport rentals. Thankfully that person was able to deliver the vehicle with no issues. I failed to get his name.: (Hours later received a text stating my new car would arrive at 10pm…. When 1030 rolled around I called Prestigious to see if they had an update on the delivery. Even though the text from the RA stated that Prestigious was delivering the car, they had never received the instructions to pick up the vehicle. While Dana was helping me on the phone Dwight was heading to the airport to get my car. Dana stated it would be about an hour until the car would arrive. Meanwhile, Dwight was dealing with the Rental car place…they treated him horribly. I am sorry that he had to endure that and defend me. I called back close to Midnight and Dana hadn’t heard from Dwight, but thunderstorm and rain were messing with cell service so she was unable to reach him. I called a few more times and spoke with Dana after I had called RA again…each an hour long minimum issue with them. At approximately 2am…. I found out from Dana that Dwight was still waiting for the issue to be resolved while having other calls to go to. 6am I called and spoke and with Dana or possibly new dispatch (I was exhausted) It was then discovered that no paperwork was ever created by the RA to release a replacement car to me. Finally after 2 hours on phone with RA in Florida…as the local one hung up on me every time I called…just by me entering my reservation number, I get a text from Chris that he was close! Chris delivered the car and was absolutely wonderful. I want to THANK ALL OF YOU for the excellent customer service during this event that should have been an easy task, if the roadside assistance group did their job! You all went above and beyond trying to remedy the situation. I am forever grateful to you all. When my home is finished and I officially move here…. Prestigious Towing is the company that will get my business when/if the situation arises to need them. Alex and his team are top notch! Thank you…you just earned a customer for life and I will recommend you to everyone I know! Melissa

Mr. Adam, my driver was so supportive, as I was upset. He was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to get my truck started. Since I had had a problem with my truck and the "check engine" light was on, I decided to have the truck towed to the dealership. This kind man, did not leave me in the heat, but graciously gave me a ride to the dealship.

I thank Mr. Adam for his professionalism and kindness. You should be proud to have him as an employee!

Very friendly driver. He was very knowledgeable with his job.the price was reasonable and I didn't have insurance to pay for the tow.

Friendly workers that make sure your taken care of.got a flat on my way to phoenix and riley drove me back home with my car in a timely manner.highly recommended.
