Primitive Power, Gilbert AZ

Assumed we got solar from titan solar last year. When we contacted titan with some issues, we were told primitive power is who we should talk to since they sold the system to us. The paperwork made it look like our contract is with titan solar.
During the initial sales discussions about the installation process, we specifically mentioned our pigeon problem and that we are concerned that birds could nest under the panels. The two sales people Hunter and Bryce reassured us that this won’t be a problem at all since the panels will be installed low enough so that birds can’t fit underneath.
Well, since several weeks we are having birds nesting under the panels damaging our roof.
When we contacted titan, they kept pushing this issue off to primitive power and giving us quotes for a couple hundred dollars to install bird netting. Any request to talk to someone at primitive power about the miscommunication on their end during their sales appointment has been without luck. No call or email responses. Very misleading experience with zero follow up on titan / primitive powers ends.

Primitive power was very clear and explained all steps. The process was much more smoother than all the other providers.

I have been pleased with Primitive Power and the installation of my solar system. There were times when I became anxious, but i was assured everything was on track. I was also surprised it took six months. The entire process from sales, layout, design, approvals, installation to final inspection and approval, all went quite smoothly. So far so good! I submitted a request for information via internet and received a call from a polite young man, Josh (I think) who provided some basic information without any pressure to commit to anything more than an informational conversation. He scheduled telephone call at my convenience with Garret. Garret called, asked some general questions te: my interest in solar and gathered information re: my actual usage and helped explain the current incentives that are available. He was able to provide visual graphs and supporting documentation during our call via smart phone technology to assist me in making an informed/educated decision moving towards solar. I completed no risk credit application to help determine eligibility and financing options with minimal effort and decided to move forward. Garret was professional, kind, and informed. We scheduled time (on a Sunday) for the roof/rafter/electrical inspection. Anthony, the technician arrived as scheduled, calling to confirm prior to arrival. He made the necessary Inspection under an hour, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, also. Since then I’ve received additional communication (via text, email, and a hand written thank you card from Garret) re: : the developing plan and upcoming installation with occasional questions from Garret. The experience has been been entirely pleasant. The team seems to understand and practice old fashion customer service and believe in the product/service they’re selling. I’ve been wholly impressed and look forward to the eventual installation. Thank you all.

Joshua patiently and honestly explained the costs and advantages of solar power to someone who knows very little about it. He even answered questions that I didn't know to ask!

We had an overall great experience working with Primitive Power. We were always answered quickly on questions and talked through each step in the process. We did have some confusion on a couple things but it was able to be resolved quickly. I would highly recommend working with Primitive Power on your solar project!
