The tow truck driver asked me if I wanted help (in English) unloading my tools from my work truck because he was rushing me as my work vehicle needed a tow to the dealership. At first, I declined so as not to distract him from his responsibilities; however, he started rushing me and it was beginning to cause me anxiety, on top of the inconvenience of not having my work vehicle available. So, because he was rushing me I went ahead and allowed him to help me with my tools. I had a lot of stuff in that vehicle I needed to get out for my work as I do repairs all over the valley. I have a lot of stuff in there that I needed for work. Continuing to find things I needed out of the vehicle and unload, the tow truck driver took my tool bag full of expensive necessary work tools as well as a bucket full of other items I needed for my jobs, and he walked down the street about a quarter of a block and left them on the sidewalk. I did not realize this until I asked him where my tools work cuz when he asked me where to put them I told him in my truck please it was right next to my work vehicle and I pointed and showed and said, "right there in my truck is just fine thank you. " Now this driver he spoke Spanish mostly which I speak Spanish as well, however the first thing he said to me was, "do you need help? " In English. So after I asked him what the heck he did was my tools while they're away down the street, he pretended not to know what I was talking about saying he didn't understand English, but I find it funny that a tow-truck driver in the United States doesn't know the word "truck". This situation is so frustrating, I'm going to stop the story right here as it is too upsetting to keep writing about. It was just wrong and then the guy moved my tools all over the place- picked them up and threw them in the dirt, and moved them here and there- he had no right to do that.it was just really out of line. I felt confused, offended, and threatened. I'm kind of worried about him coming back and retaliating against me some way. I don't know but this guy needs to learn how to interact with some common respect. This is not acceptable in the United States. I am a Veteran of the recent war during and after 9/11, I stand up for Our Great Country. He made me feel very uncomfortable.

Paul went above and beyond and even past that. Would call him 10 out of 10 times if I ever need a tow again!

Beware of this company! False Advertisement. Their website claims: Standard Tow $125 & $6 per mile. My card was charged $135 for a jump start on my daughter's car. I called the next day it posted on my card and spoke to Angela, I said to her I was calling to clarify the charge, she said on a recorded line that it was for a 2 mile towing. I told her my daughter's car was not towed, she quickly corrected her statement and pretended she hadn't said towing, then she changed her story and said it was for a jump start. I said to her, I will be taking this to the authorities, I give you the opportunity to make it right if you think you can take this to your superiors. She took my information and didn't call back. I waited 2 days for a call back, then I call back and spoke to Danielle, she was not only rude, but she hung up the phone. If this is read by an owner of this company I invite you to listen to both of these phone calls. I hope many people read this review. Priority Towing capitalizes on people's misfortune.

Although I was provided an estimated two hour timeframe for a tow it occurred within the hour. I hadn’t yet arrived home when I received a call that the driver was already on their way. However, it was their customer service that stood out to me. It starts with their Dispatcher, Linnette. She was extremely engaging and had a very positive vibe. Honestly, she turned my frustrating situation into a seamless process while making me laugh. The driver, Kenneth, was a professional at getting my truck towed perfectly and although our interaction was brief, as he was done in seconds, he didn’t make it feel rushed or as if I was just another tow even though I was. I am grateful for their hard work and making it a smooth experience considering my predicament. Thank you guys for being available.

Had my vehicles alternator go out during a pickup at the airport and Zech #27 was awesome. He towed me to the special events lot as well as trying to jump start me. Did not use their company because I had triple AAA, but he saw we were still waiting and brought us some water and checked up on us. Would recommend this business which is saying a lot.

Dealing with your vehicle in a tow lot is never fun but the women who work there made it easy to get through this process. I got great service that helped me out of this tough, expensive and emotional situation.

Zach #27, went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. He was very helpful and was very friendly and quick to help us out in time of need. He also went above and beyond to help us get us coolant.

Called for a tow was told a hour to hour and half wait. Ended up waiting 3.5 hours. And they had the wrong address where the car was supposed to be towed too.

We called for battery service. They said it would be 20-30 min max and took our credit card info. After 30 min, they said 20 more max and that the gps showed the driver on his way. After 20 more min, they said it would be another 30 min at least as the driver now had another call to handle prior to handling my call. We cancelled and had to uber due to it being dark. I wish they would have just been honest with their eta from the start. Terrible customer service. If you have all day to wait, maybe they would be good, but we did not. Save time and use someone else.

Priority Towing had me taken of, with a pick up and drop off of my vehicle, in less then 2hrs. Point A to B. Price was very reasonable.
Lucy was the dispatch driver, an my car was picked up in half an hour, in the mid afternoon. An she followed up with a courtesy call, to let me know my vehicle an payment have both been processed. If I could give 6 stars. I wouldn't hesitate.

They told use it would take a hour in half it took 3 hours to get to us nver called to tellbus of the delay. Also wrote down are addresse wrong so when they verified it they upes the price on us do not recommend them and wont use them again

Lucy in dispatch was great. The driver was wonderful. Very professional and courteous. 5 star treatment all around.
