I met Deion when the company that repaired my pool during the purchase of my house told me they don’t service my area and gave me his number. His first visit he came and evaluated the pool and gave me a ton of information. He also didn’t charge me. Being a new pool owner I hired him to be my pool person. He just did a filter service and the cartridges were junk and the filter housing was clogged and a make shift drain someone installed a long time ago didn’t allow for proper drainage while servicing. He repaired the make shift drain back to original and sold me a new set of filters at a price significantly less than what you could buy yourself. After everything was put back together my pump no longer pulsated when operating! This fixed an even bigger issue. He will not upsell you or overcharge, he explains every aspect of your system and issues if you have any in a very detailed and understandable way so that you feel confident and comfortable with his assessments. This day and age it’s difficult trusting people and services but I would recommend him first to anybody with a pool. Thank you Deion!

The best pool service I've had in all my 15+ years of living in Maricopa. Deion is very knowledgeable about pool systems and maintenance. Much more than just a "pool cleaner". Fixes everything from pumps to in-ground cleaners to installing new spa heaters.on & on. You will not regret using his services.

We hired Deion to service our newly built pool after a search on Nextdoor and reviews. He does weekly chemical service and end of season flushing. We're quite happy, he's very professional, communicative and reliable. Honestly, our pool is always crystal clear and ready for swimming. Would definitely recommend.

I was lucky to find Deion when I did. I had not moved into my house yet and was coming from another state and needed someone to look at my pool asap. I gave him a call and he came out the next day. Advised me what I needed to keep the pool going until I arrived. Not only did he pick up what I needed but installed the equipment the same week. My pool would have been a green mess by the time I arrived if it wasn't for Deion. Since then, he has become someone I know that I can depend on for all my pool care. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a person who takes great pride and responsibility in the work that he does. Oh and my dogs can't wait to see him every week.

We had the best experience using Prism Pools. We had a problem with our pool turning green quickly on us. Deion was able to locate the problem after 2 other pool services could not. He was prompt, friendly, professional, & a pleasure to work with. We will never use anyone but him again for our pool services. We highly recommend this company! He did everything from rebuilding our system, draining our pool, replacing our filters, & cleaning it.

Deion is an amazing database of relevant knowledge concerning pools.
