From what I've learn from this company. It depends on the services you need. I'm satisfied with my services - especially learning - Privacy Maxx has more ways to support your needs when you're unable to provide yourself with additional services, you just have to have patience and be detailed as to what your seeking, so that you're provided the best services possible.

You call the 1-800 number to get in touch with someone regarding your identity and they tell you. You have to wait 72 hours for a call back. Then you already have put a spam blocker on your phones to prevent calls and hummm. All their calls get set to my spam folder. You wonder if you want them handling your data being compromised. I paid for the services and still am getting the run around. What a joke. This has cost me 5000.00 so far and still counting cause they should have caught it before hand but they didn't. I hope that no one hurts themselves cause this situation could drive a person crazy. Especially when who ever is breaching your info. Has access to handle phone calls and such. Cause you don't want them to hang up on a judge when your in trial you could lose everything and it'll cost you way more cause you have to hire a lawyer to try and get it figured out. Thanks for nothing except wasted time and money.

I am so grateful that I had coverage when my Identity Theft happened. I must say that I was blindsided. The service I have received is amazing. The best part is the personal touch where you can speak with a designated agent directly.

I want to give huge kudos to Lori Jacobs. She is fantastic. Always returns phone calls, replies quickly to emails, etc. She is a blessing! I spoke with a representative 1/3/19 to cancel the promotion the representative gave me a cancellation number but she never cancel it so i called them again 1/7/19 and the representative was very rude she didn't let me finish a sentence without interrupting me and she also gave me another cancellation number but i don't trust that either hope they cancel this time

SCAM ARIZONA Always has ranked in top 5 states of identity theft, signin up for this over the phone is RISKY go to local business and this with a trusted agency that has been in town for years.

The staff at Privacy Maxx are always ready to help and have an amazing amount of empathy for each individual situation. They are knowledgeable and professional. Not only did they resolve my husband's identify theft issues quickly and completely, they provided a checklist to ensure every possible identity security weakness was addressed. The experienced staff explained in detail what they would be doing and what documentation we should be expecting to receive. They consistently followed up to make sure we were getting what we needed and going back to the credit reporting agencies if they hadn't removed the negative/id theft items. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I am much more comfortable and at ease knowing that that our credit is protected and we have a resource to ensure any issues are taken care of.

These 1 star reviews are BS the folks here are AWESOME. Pull your heads out of your butts, if you didn't need the service why did you call? I had my identity stolen and I blew it off because they didn't get any thing, not long afterwards it happened again. I called and talked to Lori, she gave me instructions>>>AND I FOLLOWED THEM! Filed a police report and called the credit card company that issued the fraudulent card. Mailed some stuff to PrivacyMaxx and they did EVERYTHING else. Great Service and always in touch!
