5Well I messed up my knee once again, in a cycling incident. I have really bad knees with osteoarthritis and little cartilage left, but these guys have worked a miracle. Seriously, nothing is better than quality, individualized physical therapy - and Rick really knows his stuff. He could see where I was tight, inflexible, and what needed strengthening. After only a month I'm almost back to normal and riding strong on the bike again. Thanks also to Lena, Andrea and the other friendly staff members who are so helpful and always have a smile on their face. I really love this place!
