They began with reasonable quotes only to raise my premium by 72 dollars. Very unprofessional and dissatisfied.buyers beware. And within 3 weeks they did this. Never again.

Progressive will cancel your policy even when your a Diamond policy holder if you have had 2 or more incidents in the time period of 3 years. Even if the incidents are NOT your fault. What is the point of having and paying their insurance if you cannot use it.

Probably like many insurance companies Progressive is great - until you need to make a claim and then watch out for your next renewal. It sucks to spend thousands for years and then have an accident which is what it's all about, and get a 25% increase

If I get into an accident with my dog in the car they'll cover the medical cost for my dog's care! Only one other insurance company does this so I stay with Progressive.

These thieves stole 300 plus dollars for me. They quoted me one rate when I purchased a new vehicle and then charged double when they stole from my account. I signed up for paperless communication and they stated they do not send renewal notices via email. I said where did you mail it and they sent in to an address that has not been associated with my name in over 2 years. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Find a better company that cares about ya. They will renew your policy and charge you more than what you were paying and won't help you out in fixing that issue because they don't seem to have any customer service. Hope this company goes under:)

I've been a member of Progressive Insurance for over 10 years I find their service impeccable I've had the number of accidents none have been my fault and they've taken care of me and my needs very attentively very good service have no complaints

They were absolutely no help. They tried to insinuate that I was lying to avoid helping me. Worst customer service ever. They kept sending me to new people “because it was not their department” had to explain my situation over and over. Horrible experience I will not be a returning customer.

The employees were very helpful. I had an accident and my claim was processed quicker than I've ever seen in any of my previous insurances (at least 5 different insurances in the past). They also valued my truck much more than I expected.

I am dissatisfied with Progressive Auto. I have been a customer for several years! I have not been involved in any accidents and I have not had any traffic tickets. Progressive originally made the statement that they would reward their customers of they avoided tickets or accidents. PROGRESSIVE HAS BEEN INCREASING THE AMOUNT OVER TIME! Shame on you!

There's a reason why I moved on from Progressive.was told three days in a row to drop my vehicle off at that location only to be told they were unable to help me considering it was theft issue? I'm with Geico now, thanks to my Dad's advice, he's been with Geico for the past 7 yrs? Bye bye Flo.

We have had many claims against Progressive and they do seem to be pretty diligent in their responses.

Save yourself some time and go to gieco. Anywhere is probably better. I treat dogs better than they do their customers

It's been a week already and I havent get my car fixed. Other companies take Care of you right away. I call them and dont answer and they dont return your call.

Was with them for 3 years never had the same rate longer then 6 months. I kept going up every renewal with no tickets or anything. Called the to ask why and they said "people around me are driving badly so it made your rate go up. " Now they charged me after I canceled. Then would only reemberse 80%.

Just picked up my car. It took a couple of days to fix, took my car in dirty and on 3/4 tank of gas. Got it back with a bottle of touch up paint for my pre existing scratches, full tank of gas, brand new bumper, and completely vacuumed and washed. Now let's hope the medical side of things is just as smooth and I never have to come back to this place again! Thanks!
