Our experience with Rudy and the service he provided was top notch. He was in constant communication and in our unexpected and sudden needs, he chiseled out time to come by quickly and help get the home functional again. I'm not sure I would have gotten such quick and affordable plumbing services anywhere else. Customers for life!

Rudy is top notch and a real professional! He really went above and beyond to help us out in an emergency but most of all he was honest and his integrity was refreshing! He was more than reasonable in his pricing and highly skilled! Thank you, Rudy!

Rudy did a great job! I had an emergency during a family gathering, it was during the evening and after regular hours. He understood I really needed his help. He came over shortly and fixed the issue. Really great guy and I will not hesitate to call him again.

So Rude. My management company set me up with them. They did not give me a call to schedule an appointment in 24 hour of requested service so I called them. I scheduled an appointment for 2 days out and they no showed. When I called them after that asking for an appointment the next day he said to call tomorrow when I’m free. I asked if I could make the appointment right now since I knew my availability for the next day. He said no and when I asked why he said, “because this is a plumbing service not pizza delivery. ” Proceeded to tell me that he wouldn’t do the job and hung up. In what world can you not schedule a plumber ahead of time? You would get better customer service elsewhere, call someone else.

*Edit: He contacted my management company to try to get me to take this down. He isn’t going to try to apologize to someone who he deeply disrespected. Didn’t apologize for the miscommunication, disrespect me, then try to get someone else to solve the problem. Take accountability for how you treated me, my freedom of speech, and accept the free market where I can leave a review.

Doesn't show up on the time and day they scheduled. Then they want to reschedule at a later date without giving any estimated time. Poor service with 0 delivery. Then say good luck with your issue I won't do it.
Rude on the phone when they fail to deliver on appointments they set themselves. Avoid this company and go with one that is actually professional and won't give you the run around and act like it's your fault they aren't coming at the time and date they scheduled for you.

Rudy is the best in all of Tucson! 10/10 recommend. He assess issues quickly, professionally and is very reasonably priced.

Rudy is so compassionate, the only person that every time there is a call, always asks: "How are you doing? " And actually cares, picks up on it if your having a rough day, and says "Are you sure? " If you say good, and your not. To interact with the owner of a business, that personally is rare. Having that person actually care, and help solve the problem is impeccable service, and frankly exactly what Tucson needs! Weather you have an emergency and are standing in 2 feet of water, or you are planning a renovation, this company is great! And of the 3 other people I have had the pleasure of working with at his company, they are all courteous, respectful, and prompt. Thank you for being a 5 star company!

Specific parts of my discontinued shower unit from hell needed fixed. The property management company I rent from was planning to send some question mark plumber my way until I strongly suggested project plumbing. From past experiences, they have always been on time, professional and knowledgeable. As it turned out, it was the right move. The job required finding and ordering parts from across the sees with lengthy ETAs. Rudy came up with a plan 'B' in case the parts didn't come in as planned, and took the time to weigh and explain the pros and cons of my choices. In the end it was worth the wait and they did an incredible job! I would highly recommend this company to anyone with any plumbing issues. A+ job

Came home to water everywhere in my garage, called project plumbing as I have no clue about anything plumbing related, I explained where I thought the water was coming from, Rudy came out found the leak, gave me a better estimate then any of the other companies I had called, he didn't gauge me in price being I'm clueless, and fixed what was needed, gave me additional information on what to look for and be cautious of. In the end fixing the valve instead of replacing my entire water heater is A+ ok with my checkbook and peace of mind! I'd recommend anyone in need of plumbing to them and will use them in future if need be.

I was having a problem with my toilet not flushing called Project Plumbing they were out same day and Resolved the problem. Very professional and great work. Definitely will be using them again.
