Amber is a huge disappointment to say the least when it comes to property management. She has zero customer service ability and appears to care less about her tenants. My AC has been out for 6 days now. After several calls to the office and being told Amber is out of the office and I need to speak to her, I decided to send a 5 day legal notice for repairs to her via email. I'm assuming because I cc'd the entire company on the email, she respond in less than 2 hours during the evening. She was very defensive and started explaining her personal matters in dealing with an ac going out in her personal home last year with a cost of 6k for replacement. She told me I should appreciate her trying to get mines fixed in 48 hours and she doesn't have time to call her tenants she'd rather fix the problem. Her email was lovely. I was told I would receive a call from the vendor to schedule. I asked for a portable AC and was denied. No one has called, emailed or come by to date to replace the unit since being told 2 days ago it was irreparable. So not only has she attempted to belittle me in an email to defend herself, she has also been dishonest in getting the repairs done. It is 103 degrees outside and I have no AC. People, please spare yourselves and rent from a place that has common decency for humanity.

I decided to go with a different property after submitting a non refundable application fee and they still returned my money, didn’t have to, very professional move.

I have had many landlords, even the military for over 30 year. Amber Aros is not someone that should be handling property management. Not sure if the owner of this company, Eric Struse, reviews or even looks at these reviews we have been dealing with Amber for over 3 years and any time we call her out on something it's always someone's else's fault. I would request a different agent. The only reason I gave a 1 star because I can't leave a response unless I give a star.

Every review of Amber Aros is spot on. We were hesitant to rent with TPMG before doing so based off of these reviews but did so anyways knowing people exaggerate minor issues so took these reviews with a grain of salt. Today, we're kicking ourselves for not following our gut.

Sparing the ugly details, what people need to know is that the woman at the reception desk and Amber just SCREAMED us out of the office for disputing fraudulent maintenance fees. Screamed at my spouse and I while holding our 2 y/o child. Let that sink in for a moment. Would you give your business to a company that allows and tollerates behavior like this? That's the type of business this is.

From day 1 we were very nervous about our security deposit being taken based off these reviews. Low and behold, 18 months later, we have to fight for it. Maintenace requests? Forget about it. Like all other reviews state, takes forever and requires multiple attempts at contacting Amber. Once she started personally profiting from our maintence requests, we said no more, attempted to dispute, were screamed at so are moving asap.

Do not take these reviews lightly. Clearly myself and multiple tenants at various properties have had the same problems with this unstable individual. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

The ladies are all really friendly and great to work with! After choosing the wrong roommate the ladies really helped me find a solution. I would absolutely recommend using them! Pleasure to work with!

Charged me $300 for cleaning a one bedroom house that had already been professionally cleaned. ($90+ for lightbulbs and an outlet cover.) Neighbors constantly trashed the shared yard and Amber did nothing about it, in the end I was charged for their mess.

Amber is a lying rude POS only talk to her twice on a 1yr lease no intergrity what so ever with this b*tch. I never called a women this but this one takes the award. STAY AWAY from PMG. I REPEAT STAY AWAY wish I could give zero stars.

Do not use this company to manage your property. They are completely unprofessional, will not return calls, hire the shoddiest of companies to repair work needed (while still charging a fortune, and for which YOU will have to pay double to hire someone else to re-repair the shoddy work), mismanage the utility transfers (again, YOU will have to pay more fees due to their mismanagement). They allowed renters to check out with their full deposit, even after they had destroyed the flooring in 2 bedrooms. The only thing this company managed to do successfully was collect their monthly fees. Do not trust PMG with your property!

Seriously the best property management group I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They fix things promptly, have been VERY understanding when we've fallen on harder times, and every single employee is AMAZING! I have not one complaint! We've been with them since 2013.

The experience with TPMG for my familiy and I was not horrible while we were in the property. The property manager that helped us in the beginning was a cool guy, but he did let us know that he was leaving the company so someone else would take over. We had a couple of minor issues early on that were taken care of immediately. For the exit inspection they automatically took off about $200 for the carpet cleaning, which they were upfront with. The THE ISSUE was that our property manager Stacy gave us about half of our deposit back because in her opinion, the house was not clean enough. The house looked WAY BETTER than when we got it! PIECE OF ADVICE. TAKE PICTURES AND FORWARD THEM TO WHOEVER YOU RENT FROM ON YOUR ENTRY INSPECTION ASIDE FROM THE SHEET THAT THEY PROVIDE.
On top of that! We were charged (from our deposit) on charges with the electric company that were accrued BEFORE we even took over the house! When We tried to contest it.we even had evidence from the electric company.and Stacy said that they couldn't refund us until the owner of the house had funds available. Almost a year later, We have not received a refund check from TPMG on those charges. If not for the horrible exit experience with Stacy, who had never even been to the property and was an hour late for the move out inspection, this review could have been very different!
We will never again deal with this company due to the lack of professionalism of 1 person.

This is the most unprofessional and unorganized rental company I've ever delt with I made the huge mistake of renting with them for 3 years, please don't do the same. Amber is very rude and will dodge your calls when you need to get a hold of her. They tried to take me to court and ended up taking my $650 security deposit. TPMG is the absolute worst.

I've rented from the PMG for two years. I'm in a charming older house which has had some problems (things you would expect given the age) and the PMG has always responded immediately to my calls, and been very fair in terms of taking care of reasonable repairs etc. They have always treated me very well, it's been the best property management I've experienced anywhere I've rented.

I haven't dealt with a lot of property management groups but Connie (at TPMG) was great. They were understanding when out finances were tight. Things in the house were fixed without hassle. My only complaint is that it sometimes took several days to get things like the cooler or dishwasher fixed.

Overall very good.

Beware, I just signed a lease two weeks ago, moved in right after now I have worms coming out of my carpet called and they said it is tenant responsibility.

I have been a tenant with this company for over 6 years and two different properties and have NEVER had a problem. Any response to needed repairs or maintenance was always professional and prompt. I am currently looking for a new place and hope to find a property through TPMG. I have every confidence that they will be helpful in the transition!

Our HOA was managed by this company for many years until we moved in and found all kind of huge mis-management issues with just about EVERYTHING they touched. They are sooo lazy with everything. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Run away as fast as you can because they are SLUMLORD Thieves. I rented a property from another property management company then they took over 1/2 way into my lease. Worse MISTAKE the owner could have made. I paid a $650 deposit that Amber Jordan-Aros refused to returned due to marked up damages like dirty drip pans from stove filters and the like that wasn't even clean BEFORE I moved in that is also considered NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. Amber is also a huge liar stating I turned my keys in 2 days late after moving out and increased my water bill without notice. I took them to court and awaiting the outcome. Crazy how when I was in the post office getting help from the worker to send my court hearing to them certified the lady had the same issue with them charging her for things they didn't fix! Also a guy in FedEx said he rented from them and he paid a $1150 deposit obly for them to keep $500 of it. They are thieves especially lying Amber and I would recommend NO ONE to rent from them unless you like trashy homes because they don't take care of their properties, they lie and make up lies to steal your deposit. I'm waiting my court ruling now from the SLUMLORD THIEVES. Amber Jordan-Aros is a liar and thief. Not to mention Amber lies to the judge and tells him I threatened her. Typical of her type. Liar, thief, and a racist!

Update: Amber Aros-Jordan attempted to get my review removed and emailed me threatening to contact her attorney for slander. It's only slander if what I said was not true but they most certainly ARE true. They are liars and refused to replace my urine soaked carpet or fix anything else. They are so pathetic that they even wrote their OWN reviews! They were of course positive. So pathetic that they have to write their own reviews in attempts to get a positive rating.
