This is a fantastic business which houses an amazing massive showroom with an incredibly fun and supportive staff to guide you through the multitude of options, price points and choices.

Phil Barry walked me through displays of cabinets, countertops and flooring for a complete remodel of my home. He assisted me in finding the styles and materials I was looking for, while helping me stay within my budget.

Once my cabinet choice was made, I had the pleasure of working with Chris Stompoly in designing a kitchen layout and also layouts for the two bathrooms in the house. Questions and concerns were quickly addressed and Chris cheerfully and promptly guided me through a myriad of alternatives in cabinet widths, designs with pullouts, soft close drawers, corner lazy Susans, and more. Together we designed the kitchen of my dreams with an excellent work triangle and cabinet types arranged to accommodate the needs near the specific appliances and sinks. Both bathroom designs are equally gorgeous.

I just can't praise ProSource of Tucson enough for helping me work through this challenging whole house remodel!

We ordered flooring from ProSource and had a great experience! They had so many choices and were very helpful in selecting the perfect flooring for us. The order arrived in the timeframe promised which was prompt for coming in from out of state. We made an error in getting our transition strips and ordered the incorrect materials (entirely my fault) but Alisa and Chelsea were able to get the correct transition strips for us to fix my error, and quickly. We had a great experience and are thrilled with the end result! Thank Alisa and Chelsea for making our ProSource experience incredible!

I would never use this Company again or recommend them to anyone. I knew the Company policy regarding no returns on most and a 25% restocking fee on the rest. I was very careful about what I ordered.
What I didn't know is that if the Sales Rep orders the wrong product, and the product comes in completely different than the samples, the same rule applies. I was also told AFTER my order arrived that I should not have expected the sample I had to look like the tile I ordered. WHAT? I understand there is some variation but REALLY? And the Bullnose came in not matching the sample or the product received. The Sales Rep was highly defensive and although the Manager said she understood our dilemna they are still denying our refund weeks after product returned. Be VERY careful of this Company!

Great selection of products and super helpful sales people. I will certainly go back there if we decide to do more remodeling. Fantastic installers too!

Was referred to prosource for the backsplash in my kitchen. So many wonderful colors, styles. Hope I picked the right ones. Unbelievable knowledgeable staff. Perfect.

We were referred to ProSource by the man who installed the new tiles for our kitchen/dining room remodel, and are we glad we went! We were happy do know that the kitchen design would be free, and Fernando Lazo is an absolute genius. He has great ideas but also knows how to listen. Working with him was a pleasure, and we appreciated his great sense of humor as well. Fernando steered us through the complexities of making design decisions, and together we came up with a plan that was both beautiful and functional. The cabinets and the counter tops that Fernando ordered for us were of outstanding quality and fairly priced. Alisa Tevlin, one of the managers, was also a great help, giving us valuable feedback and helping with some of our design decisions. She was also important in helping us get 12-month interest-free financing from Synchrony Bank. Designing a new kitchen is no easy task, and we feel that it would be impossible to do without the expert help given us at ProSource.
