I will not recommend this firm they say that they know God and they take people for their money marry hone If I am spelling her name right She is nothing but a thief in a crook I will not recommend them she is very rude tells people to shut up and not to talk And has wasted a bunch of my money doing nothing and I am a single dad with 2 little kids They do not show consideration for people

I would like to recommend Provident Law firm for their legal expertise in family trust matters. Mary T. Hone, Esq, was
very thorough in her review of trust language and put me at ease with her experience and proficiency. Her assistant Jeanette Hamilton was most helpful effortlessly scheduling to my needs, corresponding promptly without back-and-forth emails.
They listened most of all and offered advice with calm, wise, assurance.

I worked with both Mary Hone and Jeanette Hamilton for almost six months, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout an otherwise extremely stressful situation. I had no idea what I was doing when I went into this. I had never hired an attorney before, I had no legal experience, and this was all purely reactionary as a result of someone else taking (unmerited) legal action against me. Our overall experience with Provident Law was beyond a 5 star first class treatment from beginning to end. The moment Jeanette, Legal Assistant, answered my phone call in April 2023 she helped my family through a difficult Excess Proceeds claim from our Chandler, AZ home that went into foreclosure during the pandemic. Jeanette also introduced us to MARY, the Attorney, whom would be representing us after she accepted to take our case. The rates quoted over the phone were very reasonable and the lowest compared to other law firms. Another reason why our family decided to go with Provident Law was the 4.7 stars out of 5 stars. Jeanette and Mary are awesome. The ladies walked us through the process and explained the timeframe/turnaround time for each step. Jeanette also kept in contact every week via email or a phone call, even if there wasn’t an update. If our family attempted to collect the excess proceeds on our own through the courts, we would have waited over 2 years. Luckily Mary and Jeanette worked their magic and completed our excess proceeds request from the state of Arizona within 4.5 months. The process would have taken 3 months if our post office would have delivered the contact letter (signature required) instead of returning the documents back to the law firm. Jeanette took it upon herself to re-send the documents via FEDEX and USPS. This process was done without incident. Last but not least the office on Kierland Bvld in Scottsdale, AZ is beautiful too bad the firm is relocating to a new location on Sept. 1st 2023. One of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I have had to encounter. We hired Mary Hone to help us through a legal matter approx a month ago. On our second conversation while expressing my concerns, I was told to shut up and when I said not to speak to me like that she hung up on me and is with drawing from my case. Our SECOND conversation. She is a partner with the firm so she doesn't have "manager" and she could care less about the clients concerns or fears. It is obvious that if you do not let her speak to you however she wants, she just hangs up on you and then withdraws from your case. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for an attorney as if this is the way one partner treats their clients, it must be across the board of partners to treat their clients this way.

Mary and her team are amazing. They helped us recover a significant amount of money that I thought we would never get back. She and her team were easy to work with, they communicated with us every step of the way, and did exactly what they said they would do. I can't say enough positive things about working with her firm!
