I can't believe they charge $1 for a side of child oil. When other places they give it for free. And also the noddles taste like plastic.

First time. Had the combo meat soup with rice noodles. It's really good. Meat was plentiful and cooked well.

However, the restaurant's environment didn't quite match the high standards set by its food and service. The ambiance scored a lower 3-star rating in my experience. While the place was mostly clean, it lacked the warmth and inviting atmosphere that enhances a dining experience. The overall vibe felt a bit underwhelming, which might detract from the overall enjoyment for some diners.

In summary, PT Pho Express excels in its culinary offerings and exceptional service, making it a great choice for those prioritizing delicious food and attentive service. However, for those who value ambiance as an integral part of the dining experience, the environment might be a slight letdown.

We always enjoy getting our chicken faux fix here. What a wonderful broth and plenty of fixings inside!

NEVER AGAIN

I ordered online and it was an easy process. The total came out $29.40 for two spring rolls and steak pho. It said it would be ready at 11: 25 and when I went to pick it up they said they needed more time because they didn't prepare it at the time it would say it was ready. The person who attended me was rude and looked away from me when I was talking to them. I waited for the time they asked and the food was still not ready which was upsetting because when I received the order it was cold. I reheated the broth but the broth has no lemon or ginger, only beef, and the noodles aren't fully cooked and were hard. The hoisin sauce that came with the order was so old it's almost like gum and wouldn't dissolve. I hope those who dine or take-out doesn't have the same experience as me, but I wouldn't recommend going to this pho place. Save your money or go to another location.

It's a shame, nice area very. I don't know we're to begin food never again, walls dirty w / oil / food, windows dirty / soda machine not calibrated too sweet, didn't drink it, told one of the waiters replied oh ill look at it.this restaurant shouldn't be in this area.

Undercooked chicken in fried rice? Absolutely appalling and could not recommend you to stay away from this place more.

I found some dead flys on my pho soup

I’ve been ordering off food from this restaurant for a long time. On 2/2/2023 4: 00 pm, I called the restaurant to place and order, a young lady picked up the phone and asked if I could wait. I wanted for 10 minutes. I drove off to the restaurant while w still waiting on the phone to place my order. There were 2 ladies on the cashier, I told them I was waiting for whoever picked up the phone call. Both of them denied being the one that answered the phone. While waiting for my order, I saw one of them hanging up the phone.

I have had most of the non-shrimp dishes (vermicelli bowl, spring rolls, pho, Viet coffee w boba, egg rolls, and more). It's all been deliscious, and servers are always friendly.

The food has always been great here. I have had the pho, egg rolls, vermicelli stir fry, wings, pork sandwich, spring rolls, and lemongrass beef. The lemongrass beef is my favorite. The service is hit or miss and the place can be messy.

Eh. Very bland food. The pho was like watered down beef stock and only had noodles onions and meet with jalapeños on the side and some lime, no sprouts or any other veggies.

Also had the tofu veggie egg rolls and they were tasteless without the dipping sauce and soooo mushy inside it was like eating mashed potatoes inside of a crunchy spring roll shell, gross.

One waitress for the whole place so u could be waiting while your food gets cold before u get what u need. Either way the food is not tasty.

I would take a pass on this place.

It was Ok. Chicken fried rice didn't have that much flavor. The spring rolls are pretty pricey as well. So be prepared to spend more then average pho places. Overall could have been better for what I paid.

We ordered pickup from this restaurant because the menu on the website looked/sounded delicious. Unfortunately the food was mediocre. We ordered chicken pho, combination fried rice, sweet chilli crispy wings, spring rolls and macarons. The pho broth was good, fried rice was bland, and we weren't given the macarons. The biggest disappointment was the wings, they were soggy and too sweet.

I've visited this restaurant a handful of times since it first opened, and I have to say; it's definitely worth giving a try! I've done both takeout and dine-in, and I will say that the overall vibe and atmosphere is very chill and relaxed; and service is usually good! They have a great variety of dishes to try, but I would strongly recommend their tofu sandwich! It is filling and delicious. I have yet to try their pho. As far as drinks are concerned, they have great boba & smoothies (I love the taro smoothie with boba) and they have the best mint lemonade (you can choose from regular or strawberry) - it's super refreshing and I love that they use mint leaves and lime slices as a garnish! Highly recommend

I called for pho to go. They didn’t understand what beef pho was (steak pho same thing- so that was our first red flag). The cashier millennial proceeded to tell me she needed to bag my food but then multiple new customers came in and she decided to wait on them first while I just sat there. I guess there was another millennial in the back who maybe helped out when one of them could pick up their feet instead of them dragging them like they wished they were anywhere else in the world pouting. They also charge you for soy sauce and siracha. I wouldn’t recommend sadly but haven’t even tried the food. Maybe note to service millennials- put a little pride in your work- we all started somewhere.

My favorite Pho place in Phoenix. The fresh spring rolls are my favorite. Good service, friendly atmosphere.
