PT PHO Express - Lower Buckeye, Phoenix AZ

I remember when this place first opened up it had a nice atmosphere nice working people who are friendly and attentive.

Nowadays the atmosphere is completely dead the service is subpar they take a while to bring out the food compared to other pho places I've been to.
And a lot of times they forget what I even ordered.

If I wanted pho and this was the only restaurant open in town I think I'd rather just eat pizza or something.

Put an order online. Called to confirm the order and immediately called to cancel because there were mistakes in the order. They put me on hold and left the phone off the hook for 30 minutes and never came back. I tried to calling 30 times left 3 voicemail the phone was still off the hook and going to vm. Eventually the calls stopped going through at all.

The employees are amazing and all so very sweet. My server was Maria and she took care me throughout the whole meal and made sure I had everything.

Food was immaculate, exquisite. Neisha and Maria were very nice as so the other staff great experience!

Use to be really good great service … something changed and service is bad, food is lacking flavor and food times are extremely long now …. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience.sad to say I will not go back

Always missing items when we order never consistent when we order pho it’s always missing something wether it be broth or lemons jalapeños sprouts cilantro normally don’t write reviews but it’s really frustrating that they can’t simply include everything

Maria is awesome. Very knowledgeable and attentive. Food is always on point. My wife and I try something new every time we come and everything is delicious

One of the worst places to order or even go in person to pick up. It's never on time the manager is so fake. She just stands there doing nothing the customer service there worst. I placed and order 2.5hrs ahead of time and when. I got there they gave me some lame excuse new girl didn't know the system. Then they said the system wasn't working. I decided to wait 35 mins later my food wasn't ready. They avoided any contact with me while I sat there.

I don’t usually give reviews but I’d give it a Zero star if I could. Very bad customer service. They let an Ubereats driver leave with just a sprite even though we paid for a full meal. So apparently they got $40 out of a cup of sprite and they won’t give me a refund. They said the manager is out and there’s no reception so I couldn’t even speak with their manager. And that, it is our problems to contact Ubereats. Apparently they only want your money. Please go to Song Lynn instead. I highly recommend Song Lynn. Food quality and customer service is incomparable! Not only the owner is a pharmacist who cares about your health. Even the water is purified!

Amazing Pho as always! Have been coming to this spot for years and can’t get enough of the pho and spring rolls. Hands down most flavorful, clean and made to order:) Ana is always helpful and very attentive to the staff and to the clients, say hi if you see her however she will find you first lol

Under new General Manager. The service was friendly and fast. Food portions on the Pho was much better than my last visit. Overall super pleased with our experience!

Delicious pho made by love so of course it will be delicious pho. And a family owned business, so you know it's gonna be esquite. Excellent customer service great restaurant environment awesome for pho! And there's entertainment as well and highchairs for the little so might as well just bring the entire family for pho night.

The woman, who mentioned at least 10 times while I waited for my food, informed each incoming customer that she was the sole staff member working and that all others had called out. While I understand the need to communicate, it makes me question the management's ability to prevent such situations. Despite her efforts to stay composed, her frustration was evident.

The food was not bad, the service was super friendly, the lady, but the place alone, I think we were the only ones there. The sticky bathrooms on the floor. The tables not very clean. Just remember if what the client sees is dirty, just imagine what cannot be seen, which in this case would be the kitchen. For this reason alone I think I would not return to this restaurant, I'm sorry the service is good.

The portion they give out for take out is ridiculously small! I should be receiving the same portion as if I’m dinning in.
I ordered a chicken pho to go, and the broth that they gave me wasn’t even a cup of broth! I’m glad I checked my order before I left. Same went for my other meal that I ordered

Portion for a to go order at $19 is ridiculous. Places like this that ask for a tip for a to go order should be called out! Won’t be back.

Love the food, it was hot and fresh! The staff is some of the friendliest i have ever met, can’t wait to come back soon:)
