Debbie was super friendly and helpful! The whole complex is spotless, and the units have super high ceilings.

Site Manager, Deborah is super helpful and nice. She was great and helped us keep our rate from increasing temporarily.

I had a storage unit for 2 years with the public storage on 1650 N Pima Rd Scottsdale AZ and during that time the facility was always clean, easy but secure to access and Debbie (the property manager) is always there! Thanks public storage!

What a great location and the property is very clean and well-maintained. I was given a great walk of the property and everything was explained in depth. I had difficulty deciding what size unit I needed and Debbie was very patient as I talked through the details.

I have been trying to downsize for months to no avail. Ive been struggling to pay. I just cant afford the unit anymore. I got blown off and ignored so stuck paying until I finally fell behind. It went to pre aucion status, My locks were cut and it cost me a small fortune to pull it out of lien status because they raised the rent starting the following month an unGodly and unheard of, an EXTRA $70 a month! I managed to pay it but since then, I've been getting spoken to disrespectfully by a front desk person there who wouldn't downsize me either when I ask for whatever reason.

For some reason, I've been punished because I saved my unit from auction it seems.
Ive done nothing wrong. Im hardley wver there and mind my own business when I am.
Now I'm told at the last minute that I'm not allowed to move.within that building according to Ashley, Dm but clearly not true since she has never mentioned it to me and she's called multiple times. All very strange.

They manage the property really well! Never an issue with traffic or access. The staff are also friendly.

I am very pleased with Public Storage on Pima and McDowell. It’s clean and fully air conditioned which is so nice when you have to move in 100 degree temps! Debbie is very helpful and takes good care of us!

I want to spotlight the excellent customer service I received from Debbie during a recent elevator outage. When the elevator was out of service for a week, Debbie went above and beyond to make sure my rental experience stayed positive. She took the time to show me alternative routes to access my unit, keeping me informed on the repair progress along the way. Great facility: clean, easy access, all indoor, climate controlled, and zero issues in the 5 months I was here. Debbie was very helpful getting me a unit in the location I wanted, and again on move-in and move-out days. A great experience at a fair price.

Wonderful employees! I didn’t realize that I arrived before store hours until I went to go in. One of the employees came out and helped me. I was delivering boxes to my mom’s unit and could not get the lock open. The same, very kind, employee appeared and showed me how to open the storage unit. This was all before they officially opened. I should have gotten her name! She had no idea that I have had one of the worst weeks of all time. Her kindness was above and beyond and so appreciated! Great place! Thank you
