Although it may be clean on 1st floor.don't let it fool you. I hate it when a company follows the rest of their community in stripping the benefits of you being a customer. Want to charge your phone while moving? GESTAPO says nein! Every wall receptacle has been taken out including one's near ceiling which benefits them really. No charging of anything. All storages like sheep have done the same. Toilets? Which was at 1st a right as a customer, now is locked always! You have to beg the commandant for key if you can find them. It smells as if the people have revolted and started using it inside.smells like it anyways when you're in the elevators.
What happened to making the customer happy? I have 4 units here and 1 more ata different locations and still have employees checking what I'm doing like a over bearing mother.
Ridiculous!

I’ve been having issues with being able to pay for my unit since I lost my job. I spoke with Maurice today at the 16th and Osborn location and man! He helped me out so much that I actually feel a couple pounds lighter. 6/5 highly recommend!

I am in the process of moving and needed a larger unit than I currently have at another storage facility. I have been at this facility before as I have a friend that utilizes this facility. Some of the features that I like about this facility are the 2 big loading/unloading bays, 2 elevators and an entrance/exit from 16th St and also Flower St. The manager, Nicole, was great to work with as she took the time to advise me on the best size for my needs and went over the different options, etc. The facility each time I have visited is always clean and well-maintained.

Nicole is the best literally helped me during a real bad crisis rent with this facility its worth it!

Great customer service! Shout out to employee Tim! He was able to answer all my questions and helped to make sure I got to the right unit. Will definitely be recommending this location to family and friends!

So far, the people I have spoken to on the phone have been pleasant and helpful, but the people I have met in person at the store, OMG, polar opposites. In person, one man was extremely rude when we first rented. The man told us to never use the front entrance again. Then today, the lady said she is only covering, but she said I wasn't allowed to have my moving box. I'm paying $144 for a single parking space and the moving boxes are being picked up tomorrow. I think since I am paying it should be ok, but we shall see, she was rude as well. Also, we tried the office and found that the only way in is thru the front entrance, the one we were told not to use!
