I've been very pleased with my dogs cuts. Elizabeth (groomer 6) is very nice and great with my dog. I like being able to make my appointments on line and they have plenty of parking.

Elizabeth is the best! She’s so good with our big baby… she knows animals though very well and I can tell she loves them like born animal lovers do… thank you Elizabeth for your great work and love

First time visit for a bath, de-shedding, trim and nail cut for my 5.5 year old Shepherd. She was super anxious, but the staff was great and she calmed down. Much less shedding and her coat looks great. She looks gorgeous! The young man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

I brought my maltipoo in as a new doggo client and super happy I did. They did a fantastic job! I will be back to bring my kitties. Reasonably priced and fast. They didn’t have my baby waiting for hours in a crate. Thanks puff and fluff you gained a new customer!

Took mixed terrier to get groomed and her cut was uneven and her eyes where not cleaned. Looked as if she was not cleaned completely.

Ask for Liz! Really cares about my dogs well-being and gives my poodle an amazing haircut. Always comes back looking handsome and smelling fresh!

Love this place, they treat my pup good even though she gives them a hard time during her grooming but she always leaves looking nicely groomed. I won't ever take my dog anywhere else.

This is a new spot I decided to give a try since my other pet place I was engaged to is always booked out for months…Its okay though, not all is lost, I’m so fortunate for this find! Not only are they affordable, but they made my Bella banana look so friggin’ adorable! It’s a quiet spot, no lines, no hassle and such wonderful staff! It’s my new fav pet place now

Great experience for my furbabies! They are very accommodating and my girls are not afraid of going there unlike some places.

They made my schnauzer look like a schnauzer and I love it. We had gone to petsmart twice and both times they said he was too young so they gave him a puppy trim and a blow dry. Puff and Fluff never made excuses they just cut his hair as requested.

I have a chihuahua, needless to say she is sassy! When she needs her nails clipped I go into stress mode on how she will behave when taking her to a groomers. The Puff and Fluff staff are dog whisperers! She started her normal crazy then the groomer got a hold of her and “Puff” all good! Phew! The staff is so kind and patient. We were In and out with my dogs nails looking as sassy as her attitude! Perfect! Thank you! Definitely recommend, especially if you have a chihuahua.:)
