Pulmonary Associates, PA reviews
3 Really difficult to work with. Received an incorrect diagnosis which resulted in an order for a study that was not necessary (the wrong study was ordered). Once discovered the proper study was ordered but caused another months long delay since the schedule is usually months out. Been waiting for almost a month to see any details on the portal.
Have had many calls and messages to please post the results of the study and copy of the prescription. Lots of promises that it will be done, but it is still not there. The study was done over 4 weeks ago. Not getting any help in resolving something the should be basic, automatic and easy.
My mother has been a patient of theirs for years. They messed up her last prescription renewal weeks ago which means she cannot go to work, drive, or even really function. She has been calling daily, leaving voicemails, sending emails, using the website and NOT A SINGLE PERSON has called her back for weeeks!
At this point she is going to lose her job because she can even get them to send a note into her place of employment, which means she loses her insurance.
Patient abandonment is a serious form of medical malpractice.
I love Dr. Bichler which is why I continue to go to this office. However, now they have decided you can't see the doctor after your pulmonary function tests, you have to make another appointment. So now I have to take more time off of work on a different day. I live in Mesa so the drive is long and extra gas money. This is definitely not a satisfier and if it wasn't for Dr. Bichler I would go somewhere else. I would imagine this would be difficult for people who rely on transportation to bring them to doctor appointments and have mobility issues. Very dissatisfied with this decision. Not to mention it is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone these days. You have to leave a message and get a call back 24-36 hours later. I have received two different messages telling me my appointments have been cancelled. The office staff has always been very pleasant and helpful when there.
