Wonderful experience at this shop. They took my car in immediately—even though I was a walk in. Service was quick and the price was right.

I just happened to be stuck in traffic right next to this shop when the guy in the vehicle behind me got and and came up to my window to tell me one of my rear tires was really low. I had just gotten it repaired the day before, or so I thought. I turned into Purcell and they took care of swapping out my spare and got me back on the road quickly, no charge! They didn't even badmouth the other shop. Thanks for the great service!

These guys are awesome. Polite and efficient, I needed a tire replaced and. They had me out of there in 30 mins. I hate going to discount tire as they are. Pushy and it's always like a zoo, and these guys were cheaper than DT will defo be going there door my oil changes too

My local Purcell Tire and Service Center scheduled me quickly, which I appreciated since the maintenance light was on. The service representative was polite and helpful. I took my car to the local Purcells in Casa Grande and was pleased to be able to find another Purcell close by my new home in Tempe.

By far the best tire shop I have been too! Service was quick and the prices are always reasonable. I won’t get tires from anywhere else.

Had them put new tires I bought on and paid $80 for an alignment. They noted my steering rack had been changed so they could not straighten my steering wheel. Read on line part of a proper alignment is straightening your steering wheel. Took to an alignment professional and they had it done in 10 minuets for a fraction of what I paid Purcells. Obviously don’t know how to do alignment. Feeling taken advantage of and am going to reach out to three on your side and a better business complaint. They should be ashamed. Poor and deceptive business practices.
