Purely Storage - Buckeye

This storage is a bunch of crooks we only owed I think it was $400 and something we were ready to pay it off and all of that get her stuff out of storage and they told us that they put everything on auction 7 days after so yeah we're going to swim and all of that so I wouldn't recommend anybody for this storage

I’ve been storing here for years now and was always satisfied with our service. We recently had a huge issue with an employee named Skylar who was abusive, threatening and downright rude. The owner of Purely Storage, Brad Lund, reached out to me directly and was able to rectify the issue we had with Skylar and the situation and went above and beyond to ensure that my trust in his company remained absolute. 5 Stars; Thank you for taking the incredibly personal time and attention to ensure that we feel safe continuing to use Purely Storage.

Skylar in the office is refusing to allow me to speak to a manager. She is verbally abusive, extremely hostile and keeps saying the manager doesn’t want to speak to me. So at this point it seems that my items are going to be stolen.

Property is clean, staff is knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Would recommend to anyone looking for storage.

We have stored our camper there for a few years. Never any problems. One concern is a couple spots have what looks like household goods which attracts rodents. The first spot to right going in is bad. We haven't had any rodents in our camper yet. And I hope it continues that way. Maybe owners could get the renter to clean it up some. Other than the eye sore we like having a secure close place for our RV.

Deanna & Christina are awesome! These ladies went above and beyond to help my husband and I out. They bent over backwards to make sure everything went smoothly for us. I cant tell you how much that was appreciated. I would highly, highly recommend coming here for any of your storage needs, you can be sure they will take care of you also.

The worst service I called to set up a reservation and the guy pretended he couldn't hear me and hung up on me I call back and of course he doesn't answer what a joke. I'm only giving 1 star because I have to

This is a great place to store your stuff it is very clean and easy to get around. The only bad experience I had was that I paid for a full month and moved out early mid month and they would not prorate me because I did not give them a 10-day notice. So make sure you give a 10-day notice before you move out that way you get a prorate for the month and you get your hard-earned money back.

Awesome experience. They are so courteous and helped me returned my U-Haul truck here even thou the company told me to return it to Scottsdale. The agent name Alberto went above and beyond for me with this return.
