PV Nails Lounge reviews
15I have been to this salon every two weeks for over a year. They are wonderful! Everyone is friendly and skilled. The place is clean with tons of parking.
Consistently the best manicures—specifically dip! My nails come out even, the shape and length just how I like them, and last 3+ weeks every time. I usually don’t do designs but decided to today and Joyce did even better than the inspo pic I showed her. Fair prices and great customer service. Been a customer for over a year even though I moved to Tempe. Always worth the drive! Thanks PV Nails!
I have been here 1x prior and had an amazing experience went back. Not so much the foot/leg massage was good for pedicure and super sweet way to short on the toe nails to where it burned a little but all good. The manicure nope when did a manicure become just a polish change for dip because that is all it was a polish change and I paid $58 for it with still extra for the dip. I had to actually ask for my cuticles to be cut. Very disappointing amd will definitely not be back for that price. Still respectful and tipped but ouch.
On vacation and desperately needed my nails done and so glad I found this place. Very professional and staff so friendly. Thanks so much I love the colour. Kay
Received two French manicure dips from Rachel. First one lasted almost 4 weeks. Currently twelve days into second one and looking good. I will be back!
It started off with me having to wait 15 minutes for my appointment at 11. I needed a new set so they then proceeded to try and RIP my old acrylic nails off. It was so painful, I said I will leave if you are just going to rip them off and after some resistance they finally soaked off my nails. While filing my nails I was cut so badly it was bleeding and it is still painful and not healed. My nails turned out bumpy and not the shape, length or design I wanted. But I was already bleeding and the nail that was ripped off was throbbing so I didn’t want to have to go through that again. Thankful I had a gift card for Christmas otherwise I wouldn’t have paid the $64 dollars I was charged. I did not tip and and I will not be returning.
This was my first time going to Pv Nails. Today I went to get a dip powder holographic manicure and I also got a pedicure. I got dip because it lasts longer than gel. The main issue I had about this place was that after I left, 10 min later I realized that one of my nails had a small knick in it. I went back and asked if they could fix the nail since I had just spent over $100 there ($60 for the manicure). I got a different nail tech (because that's who was available). She didn't start the nail over, but just buffered out a partial of the area and redipped my nail to cover the spot. I asked her as she was fixing it if it was going to look the same and she said that it will look a little bit different since she had to buffer the nail. The WHOLE POINT of going back to fix my nail was so it could look like all the other nails! I left the place again and realized when I was in better lighting that she used a completely different powder color than all my other nails. So now I have 9 nails that are a pink color tint and the nail that was "fixed" is a silver tint. In certain lightings it looks okay but it is still bothersome. It's just upsetting because I spent a lot of money on these nails and I am also going to a wedding in a couple weeks. I so badly want to go back and have them redo it again but at this point I am just going to say 'screw it'.
The initial people that did my nails were very nice and the place was decorated nicely. I do not want to be one of THOSE customers who complains to their face, as I do feel bad for already going back once to get it fixed, however I will not be returning. What a waste of money.
Update: the next day my toenail chipped. One day after getting it!
Loved this place, definitely a keeper on the list!
Live being here every month, great self care!
I had the worst experience at this salon this morning. I’ve been there before but will never go back. It was so not relaxing and they rushed me through to get to the next client. I had to stop the pedicure with the first tech because she cut me and was so rude. The woman that took over rushed through the rest of the pedicure and manicure in the pedi chair. It was so disappointing.
Did a great job on nails
but
student discount wasn’t charged correctly
gave acrylics when specifically asked for gel manicure
charged us 10 over when says 47 on website
I walked in and they didn't even acknowledge me after I called 5 minuites prior and they told me to come in. I was sitting waiting for 45 minutes and still no one. Finally, I went up and talked to the workers and they told me to wait a little longer and look at colors. So unprofessional.
Wonderful service and results! The salon is always pristine and clean and they get you right in for your appointment. The technicians are so sweet and listen to exactly how you want your nails to look!
First time getting Dip and I was so happy with the quality of work the nail technician did. My nails looked better than any other time I've gotten Gel done from other salons. Highly recommend! And they are all so nice
