Spoke to sales rep.over the phone. He was direct and upfront with price. Pending on the day, I luck out with getting a price quote plus having my broken glass window repaired that same day. Wow!

Called at the start of a holiday weekend. They were one of the few to answer the phone. Responded in just over a hour, which is unheard of for emergency service in almost any industry. Given the fact we live outside the Tucson area, this was above and beyond. Gene and his apprentice fixed our sliding door glass fast and reasonable. When they were done, looked like it never happened. Highly recommend

Called for some information about window replacement and the guy on the phone was curt and clearly not interested in my business (no time to give me a quote). Glad to see he has good reviews if he gets far enough to do the job, but a disappointing experience for me.

I called at 730 am gave measurements and had a quote instantly. They arrived within two hours to measure and went right back to shop to cut the glass after taking a deposit. They returned the same day and fixed all 3 windows. Everyone was polite, proffesional and knowledgable. They even cleaned up the broken glass that they were not responsible for, and the price went down from quoted price. You rarely find a company like this anymore. Very impressive. I will always call them in the future and refer them to anyone in need. Entire project took less than 8 hours and i live outside of town. AMAZING.

So our large insulated dual pane picture window got cracked with a small hole in it, so we called several glass companies, we choose pyramid because they had good reviews and good quality glass for a good price, We called them and they came to our house to measure our glass in our window when we asked them to, they ordered our new insulated glass unit quickly and in a few days, we got an appointment and they installed our new glass, they were really fast.the glass and labor is good quality at an excellent price for a big window like that.

I was very pleased with this outfit. Quick, Professional, and very Responsive. Pricing was a little high, however I did need the glass fast as my customer had a 4'x4' hole in their wall and the heat was making its way to our City pretty quick. Thank you so much

Very strange. Came and looked at our windows at our commercial property for replacement. Gene gave an oral estimate over the phone but refuses to put anything in writing, even for insurance purposes. Never encountered a business like this. Big red flag.

Professional, super quick to fix a broken double pane window. Made the call one day, had the window repaired the next day. Within 18 hours of phone call the new window was in!

I called pyramid glass on New Year’s Day for a double pane window replacement. I have a large dog that got scared of the fireworks going off in the neighborhood during New Year’s Eve and broke the window. Luckily my dog is ok. I spoke with Gene New Year’s Day morning and asked if he would be able to come out on New Year’s Day and fix my window. Gene was more than willing to come out and arrived at my home only about 30 minutes after speaking with him. Gene took only about 5 minutes to measure my glass. Gene then left my house to go make the window for me. Gene arrived back at my home in the same day only a couple hours from the measurement visit with my new window. Gene installed my window and had me all taken care of in about a total of fifteen minutes after coming to the house. The company is reasonably priced and the staff are very professional. I would highly recommend their services to family and friends.
