I’m new to Tucson and haven’t found a salon that is up to par until now I think! They were very accommodating with my appointment time and my requests. Kim started my nails and then did my pedicure. I really appreciated that she took her time & didn’t rush me through. And then Milana finished my dip and gave me a manicure and she also really took her time and listened to what I was wanting. Very happy and I will try them again in a couple weeks! I have it only 4 stars though because of atmosphere, it was quiet and relaxed but there were no TVs or any way to stay entertained while you’re there for a couple hours… next time I will be sure to bring my ear pods so I can watch something. Minor detail though! Thanks

I went with my daughter and it just wasn’t a great experience. We were rushed and my daughter’s polish the woman put on was old and clumpy, so it just didn’t last after they said it dried. I tried to have conversation with the workers, but was met with silence. I was rushed away to sit in the lobby area before my nails dried since they wanted my chair for the next client. It was incredibly rushed, not personable, and the tools/tray did not look clean/sanitized. This is a nail salon equivalent to “fast-food service”. It will remain busy since it’s in a prime location, but they desperately need someone working at the front desk and work on their customer service/manners. I really wanted to like this place as it’s close to home.

They did a great job! I wish they'd let you add a tip to your card, though. Otherwise I have no complaints! Very professional, clean salon.

I've lived in and visited several states and lived abroad, yet I don't recall the coldness and rudeness I experienced here, especially during the past 2 months. Sean was welcoming (as he should have been) the first several months, but his wife never was and I'm told they are the owners/managers. I didn't give her rudeness much thought until one day I entered and she looked up at me, didn't greet me and just went back to working on her customer. I went back to the counter and expressed my appt time and with whom. The wife said, I know. I said, you didn't acknowledge me upon entering, but she didn't say anything else. Wow, rude and improper treatment towards a loyal customer! I mentioned it to my tech once seated, but she brushed it off as, "maybe because it's Monday". It was then that I began to observe more closely and noticed the wife's behavior didn't change and she never greeted me ONCE during the year I went there. Additionally, on 3 occasions I showed for my appt on time and there were issues, none of which were my fault. Once I wasn't put on the book. Another time, my tech went to Vietnam for 1.5 mos and didn't tell me. And 2 days ago, the person I scheduled with called in sick. I drove approx 40 min, one way from Sahuarita and gas is expensive! And I enter the establishment and I'm not greeted or apologized to! Instead, the rude wife finally looks over at me and asks who my appt is with and then, she says she's off today, not expressing any concerns or options for me. She came across like I was an irritant and wondering why was I there. A few seconds later, she claims I didn't even have an appt only to look closer and realize I was listed under Sean. About that time, Sean came up from the back and explained that Emma had called in sick and asked if I wanted to come back tomorrow or let him do my nails. As I sat with him, I overheard his wife talking to her customer about an oil that heals rashes. I was curious and asked a question 3 times, but the wife pretended not to hear me and ignored me. Sean stepped in and answered my question. Let me add Heather to the list of rude and cantankerous as that's how she was with me when I was sent to her station after first learning my tech was in Vietnam. She went from threatening not to do my nails again unless I got a full set, to saying she'd be my backup, to passing me off to someone else, which is how I ended up scheduling with Emma. I don't know why I was treated differently, but I was. Honestly, I was tired of looking for a good tech so I tried to focus on my tech as she did good work and was nice. But on Thursday, I intentionally observed the wife while at Sean's station and she not only greeted EVERY woman that entered the Salon after me, but she was warm. Was it my lovely, brown skin that she has problems with because I was the ONLY brown face there? And I noticed all the women that came in after me were white and she was welcoming and warm. Sean even greeted one lady by name (like he used to with me) and I commented to him that I like that and that's what I'm used to. He didn't reply, just grunted. I'm retired USAF and retired Federal Gov't and it's because of myself and all of the men and women who served that we enjoy the freedoms that we do in this country. How dare you treat me as if I don't matter! Given the wife's bad manners and reactions to reviews, I don't expect an apology. I wrote this review to tell both owners how I feel about the way they treated me. And, so others will think twice before giving them their business. I will not return because I don’t feel welcome and, poor job on my nails, last service.

I came with my six year old daughter after making reservations on a Friday evening. When we got there, we did have to wait about 15 to 20 minutes before we got seats for our pedicure. However, once we got seated, the attendance did a great job making me and my daughter at ease.

Love this place. Consistent service with very little issues. Bit more expensive than other places but it's worth it.

First time using this nail salon. Came in with a friend on a last minute reservation. They were able to accommodate us within a 30 min window. I would recommend booking in advance. Although we did see them accommodate walk-ins, and there are several restaurants near by if you have to wait a bit, w/o a reservation.
Emily (Van Vo) and Wendy (Ha) were great to work with. They were friendly, did a great job and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend their salon to anyone who lives in the neighborhood, or people visiting from out of town.

Q nails does not treat loyal customers well. I came in and got a fill but within the next couple of days the gel paint started chipping off. I went back in for them to fix it. I obviously didn’t want the same color for the risk of that same color chipping again. They changed the color, but DID NOT not file, DID NOT clean up the nails at all and charged me $33. I come here every two weeks and thought my loyalty would have at least allowed them to fix their mistake for free. I guess not. I won’t be coming here again because a salon should fix their mistakes for FREE.

I have started going here by recommendation of my niece and I love how
nice my nails look. I have the dip done and I have gone to Kevin. He does a great job and the dip lasts a long time.

This place is AMAZING! I showed up my first time here without a reservation (would DEFINITELY recommend making one) and they were nice enough to squeeze me in. Emily was INCREDIBLE. She gives an awesome fully pampered experience and insists you relax. SHE IS THE BEST! She's the only one I book with when I go. She also recommends Wendy though. Hope this helps!

Love how my nails
Came out just felt like they were talking about me or my kids and laughing only time felt uncomfortable otherwise love my nails and my girls nails
