Can't complain at all about this place. Arrived two and a half hours late do to breakdown. Empty in 40 minutes.
Picked up across the street, not as good, but still not bad. Arrived 3 hours late, loaded in 2.5 hours.

Ok. Guards pretty ok. One have me Bottle of G2 blue. Arrived too early but let me park until 15 minutes before appointment.

Ol man Vinny is the coolest dude I EVER been checked in by! I think if he's rude to someone, They most likely deserved it! Cool dude!

Nicest security guard in the world at inbound (Rick). Quick check in, door assigned right away. Very professional. Came in 12 hours late due to closure on I-17 and HOS being toast after the closure, they handled it and moved on.

Weird checkin procedure at guard shack. It's like they want NO contact with people (guess the guards think its NASA). The windows are tinted blackout style and they only barely open the little window to slide paperwork through. Typical shipper/reciever.on time for appointment and still they don't get to you till 1/2hr to an hour. But let you miss the appointment time by 5 minutes and you'll get turned away.

Yep, long line to get in, took me about 35 min in line, but appt at 16.30 checked in 15: 00 and got a dock right away, out 16.15. I think its more than great for Pepsi live load

No fault of their is but my dispatch gave me the wrong number so they would willing to let me park on the property for 30 minutes but person and detail with even all the other information was unwilling to help find the load

Well organized, They load you pretty quickly. Loaded within 2 hours before apt time. The guard guy is really polite, they offers free drinks ans snacks.

The line could be long at times but I've never had any issues loading wise or check in at the gate. As long as you show up at scheduled appt time you should be good. Just today i showed up it turns out 6hrs ahead of my appt they still gave me a door lol. Had no idea hahah

Had a dry load. Was in and out within an hour. Guards were really nice and cool. Plenty of room to wiggle a 53'. They also have a lounge/indoor restrooms. I'd come back anytime.

This place has the slowest check in procedures I've ever seen. It took me 1.5 hours to get in and out with a drop and hook. Truck drivers buy the products that we pick up and deliver so here's a novel idea. How about all the shipping and receiving clerks across the country start treating us like potential customers, in exchange we will quit pissing in your parking lots.

Over two hours to load two dozen pallets in an air conditioned warehouse? Get it together guys.

I sure wish I knew the name of your yard driver that really even gave us some help. We were blocked getting to the spot to drop. He also gave us some Gatorade and protein bars. The guard was rude. Guard was slow. Took us 1.5 hours just at the entrance/ exit.kudos to the yard driver! Knight transportation 07/08 8am
