Quality Inn Parker

The person on duty in office on the morning we checked out claimed to be some sort if Manager was extremely rude. Because I left keys in the room wouldn't give me a receipt. Was told by several people that discounts were given to pilot car drivers but that is not the case. I would not give this hotel a second look again. Would rather drive to other businesses to be treated with respect. Needs to get customer service training definitely not a people person type of place. Stay away do not recommend.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and the location is nice for one night if you are traveling towards Los Angeles.

Comfortable beds, very friendly staff, lots of parking available and close to Walmart and food! Thanks again!

Just not a very nice room. They were very nice at the front desk and it was close to our destination. Door to the room was rickety and made us a bit nervous that it would stay locked.

Well showed up and THEN was told about a deposit that was more than the room. A deposit that will not be returned to me right away. Room is smelly like, not sure but isn't pleasant. Will never stay here again.

Our hotel door was not securing properly and could not dead bolt the door. I contacted the front desk and they did nothing about it was told they would take care of it and the 3 nights I stayed there they didn’t do anything about it. Then after checking out and leaving I found an extra charge charge on my card from them. When I called and asked about it they told me they found pet damage and pee all over the room, I told them that I didn’t have a pet in the room it was just me and my daughters and they then said well it was either from a pet or one of your children I told them that my kids are way pass that stage in life and they said well the cleaning lady isn’t going to go in there and pee on the bed. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful and offensive. I would highly recommend staying clear of this hotel as you will end up with a door that won’t secure properly to make you feel safe and then they will charge you for false damages! I plan on taking this issue up with the highest possible person in management.

I stay here every time I go to Parker and the staff is very friendly and they sell items in the office and great parking. Great location the rooms are clean.

We were in a predicament because of the heat. Our truck was overheating, our dog was overheating, and so we drove all night. When we arrived at QI, we explained our situation, and the Lady took all our situation into count and got us a room. She was beyond thoughtful and maybe even kept us from getting into a worse situation as we would have had to drive longer, and we were so sleepy. We appreciate her so very much. We will be grateful forever to her for her kind heart. We will definitely stay at QI when in Parker. The room was clean and quiet, and we slept like babies. Thank you so very much! You know who you are, and we can't say enough or thank you enough!

We stayed here thinking that it would be friendly and clean. The service was sub par, we asked to check in a little early over the phone so that we could shop and put our food in the fridge. We were told that they had availability and come by. When we arrived we were told that we needed an extra $50 to check in by a rude manager that told us we needed to speak with a manager to get into our room. We were able to get in our room after a short argument without paying extra. We also asked to get a small plastic knife from the kitchen area, but once again we were told no and couldn’t simply get a plastic knife from the common kitchen area. Corporate needs to get someone down here to train the staff on courtesy.

The lady at the counter is super friendly, in a good mood, willing to help and solve any questions or problems, the rooms are good, they lack lighting for my taste, but I don't know that she hears a lot of external noise, the bathroom is a little small but it works Well, you have to make a reservation in advance because it is generally quite busy. Best of all, they have free breakfast starting at 4 am.

This hotel is great and affordable the staff is very friendly I recommend this place to everyone

Great rates for nice stay. Check-in process was quick and easy thanks to Miss Bridget at the front desk who was so nice and inviting. Got into the room to find the housekeepers amazing work. It was so clean! Overall we had a great stay. Thank you.

Amazing rooms and customer service. Checked in late and they guy working the night shift was friendly and helpful.

Stayed here two nights. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. My room was very clean and everything was in working order. There's a great cafe right next door with good burgers. The only downside was the busy road out front with lots of trucks. It didn't bother me, but it might bother a light sleeper. I would definitely stay again.

When i left the hotel, I forget to bring my medical device.
It wasn't until about 10 hours later that I realized that.
I called them at that night and in next morning.
The staffs were very kind and had a best attitude for their hotel customer, finally they found what I''ve forget. And they sent it to me. That's a nice, wonderful experience.

The room was clean! Great service. Close to diners. We had breakfast at Early Bird, pretty good, they have great coffee. Would definitely stay at Quality Inn again.
