Customer service is second to none! I got home 6: 30 pm and garage door wouldn't open. Called at about 6: 45 and left voice mail. Phone rang and Lisa from Quality Overhead Door was returning my call! She asked if she could call at 7 am when she will be in the office. I'm still in shock that she is talking to me after hours at 7 pm. She called promptly at 7 the next morning and Nate rolled up at 9am and fixed my problem and even did some extra reinforcements on garage door that I wasn't aware of. These are people that care about doing a good job and taking care of their customers. I highly recommend this company.
