10Quan is the best trainer I’ve ever had! He is patient but also will push you to fulfill your goals! He is very knowledgeable and will create a plan that is the right fit for you!
Quan has a very well-rounded approach to training. He really focuses on getting to the root of any pain problems. I definitely feel like he has a wealth of knowledge and genuinely cares about helping people get healthy. He is very thoughtful, kind and super fun to talk to as well!

I have been with Quan for a couple of months now and I'm so happy with the decision I made! I had a recent back injury and he is helping me rehab and get stronger.
He is friendly and motivating but not in a drill sergeant sort of way which is what I like. His meal plan changes are reasonable and sustainable. His workouts are great and have variety too! Everyday is not like the last; one day you could be doing squats and the next day you'll be pushing a sled or using ropes. This keeps the workouts fun and not boring.
I look forward to working out with Quan every week. My energy has improved and my back is feeling a lot better since starting. As an added plus, I've lost a few pounds too!
I didn’t know how important certain workout tips were until here. For example, I didn’t know the order in which you do your exercises mattered? I just kind of did whatever I felt.
I’m on the skinny side and from being with him for a year I was able to gain 15 pounds of muscle. Max bench went from 120 (sad I know) to 165 and my endurance is the best it’s been in my whole life. I used to only do a mile which would take me 15 minutes, now I can do a mile in 10 and if I’m running until exhaustion I can push out 5 miles.
I look better, i am better, but most importantly, I feel better!
Quan is the best trainer I have ever met. He is very educated and knows what he is doing. He is also kind, energetic, and positive. Due to his energy, it motivates me to continue working out. Without him, I would be a couch potato.
