People are real nice. It's very clean. Workmanship was very good. Would recommend them.

The professionalism of their customer service personnel and their workmanship on the vehicle was excellent.

Awful all around. Came here due to a collision repair and will never return here. The customer service was abysmal and the communication was sorely lacking. I had to return the car as soon as I picked it up because it still needed more repairs and no one had done a thorough check before releasing it. This place has a bad reputation and I can see why.

With my mileage at 158,000 miles, it was time to replace my front struts and tie rods. I also had to have one wheel hub assembly replaced on the driver side rear and my brakes done. Here in tucson, the roads are horrible, lots of rough pavement and potholes, so it's nice now to have a smoother ride over this chaos.

The service manager and his team were excellent with their service, their friendliness, humor, and willingness to explain car things to me.

If you get a pushy salesman, you don't have to work with them, especially if they 'claim' you by saying "If anyone asks, tell them you are working with me, " then walks away.

Michelle handled our claim: very professional, seamless, timely and excellent communications with me and the insurance company. Fit and finish were excellent and the car was returned very clean inside and out. Very reputable business! Bill Hemphill

I have used Quebedeaux Collision for decades and they have always provided excellent service. This last visit was for tinted windows and a rear bumper repair. They did an excellent job and huge thanks to the office staff for keeping me informed throughout the process.

Had my car repaired here! I’ve had great service everytime I’ve come here! The sales department included. My car looked good as new after my accident.

My vehicle was involved in a hit and run so unfortunately I have to pay to repair! Anyway I stopped by Quebedeaux collision to get an insurance estimate. Typically I would not use a dealer just because it’s more expensive. Art Robison was my service advisor. After listening to my issue. He provided me with a quote immediately. He was extremely helpful and guided us through the process. He answered all questions and we mainly appreciated his attentiveness and provided all options. Quebedeaux Collision would of not been my first choice but after Arthur’s excellent customer service, I will definitely be using their service. The world could use more Arthur’s!

I will continue leaving 1-star reviews until they fix their alarm system. It sirens all night and keeps the neighborhood up. Worst part of this community is having this dealership in it.

Car came out looking really good only thing is a few small scratches were there and the car was not cleaned although they charged for inside deep clean is says?

Starting with the manager Chris being the only good thing about this place. Besides that this is the worst body work I have ever seen, even after being "corrected". They can't paint match and originally gave me my car back WORSE than I gave it to them. They put parts on the quote that were never replaced and the only excuse was that it was because the parts were on back order.yeah try letting the customer know that before giving them their vehicle back? This place does the bare minimum with what seems like zero experience. Just have to add that Art is a joke and needs an attitude adjustment, his lack of customer service and arrogance was 50% of the reason I had a terrible experience here with the other 50% being the s*** job they did for my Lexus.

Got my paint corrected at Chapman Honda in 3 days, Quebeadaux had my car for 2 weeks.

Harley m/cycle tried to squeeze between me and a curb while stopped at a red light and he hit me from behind and damaged the entire the right side of my car. Quebedeaux gave me an estimate and the repairs were done in amazing timeframe. The result was excellent, can't find a scratch and the paint job was perfect. All the employees I spoke to were professional and very helpful. I would recommend this business without hesitation.

I have used them for close to 20 years. They have consistently been professional and honest. I highly recommend.

Garbage work. Don’t take your car here unless you dont care about the quality. Less than a year and their “repair” was already failing. Dont be fooled by the good reviews. A handful of them are written by the workers and staff

Quebedeaux Collision was my second choice for bodywork. The first place I went, Carstar, had an outbreak of Covid because of their lax protocols (no one wearing masks and folks in your face). They, however, got my estimate done the same day I took my car in.

The Quebedeaux estimator assured me they could get me in in a week, two at most. It took over a week just to get my estimate, something that should take one day at most. I called several times, but no one ever returned one call. I emailed and got a response after three days. I called the manager, he tracked down the woman I was working with, and she still didn’t call me. Finally, I received an email that said I could take my car in, but not for five weeks. That is two days before I leave town for the year. Obviously, the estimator was in way over her head and very unprofessional. That the management allows this level of incompetence speaks poorly of them as well.

I was in a hit in run and my older Subaru was banged up. Quebedeaux got me in the same week and knocked out the repairs within a week. I really appreciate the quality service and the kind and courteous staff.
