Very pleased with the services we have done every other month! The representatives are always friendly and respectful, especially since I work from home. They always make sure we are pleased with what is done, and offer to do more if needed!

He rang the doorbell, when complete, I open the door, and there he was with a nice smile, letting me know he had completed the service, and if there was anything else

We have been using Quell for 3 years now. We have gotten Andrew as a tech for the past few times. He is super informative and helpful!

Today was our initial pest control treatment after recently relocating to Arizona. Glad we chose Quell. Victor was our

technician and he represented his c

appea, personable and proficient. You can sense when someone is very willing to answer your questions and concerns. Victor was all that. We had recently killed a scorpion inside our home, and Victor fully described how it may have entered the house and steps to take to prevent a future occurrence. Very satisfied overall with Quell from contract agreement, pricing, communication flow and treatment service.

Today, 7/29/2022 was my second full home treatment by Quell. Outstanding service and so willing to answer all my questions. Today was a different tech. He was great and certainly earned the Quell employee tip.

Roberto is an exemplary tech. Very patient to answer questions h might think second hand. Proficient in his work and a really good person and rep for Quell. His tip was certainly earned.

Another great Quell service. Jacob is excellent as technician. He is very professional, thorough and courteous. Jacob represents Quell extremely well.

Service was great, Customer service was great. Even the dogs were thankful for the treats.

Andrew communicated prior to arriving and when he was done. My daughter, who was home at the time of service, said Andrew was friendly & had his own shoe covers. He serviced inside & outside & checked the bait box outside the garage. He serviced all around the inside & outside, as well as de web on the outside. Since receiving services with Quell, there has been minimal to no bugs. We are very pleased with the service we receive during each visit.

Great service and great pest control company. But Keenan is an excellent guy, very professional and kind. He was amazing!

Technician was very helpful. He addressed my Issues as well as completing his regular service. He was preparing to leave when I drove into the driveway. I had forgotten to unlock the gate for him. He had finished up what he could reach, yet, waited for me —for access to the garage and time for me to unlock the backyard gate. Highly recommend.

Jeff did a great job. First treatment. He checked the whole interior. No evidence of Critters. And he treated everything outside. Said he would even make sure to clear cobwebs if he saw any! Great experience. Thank you!
