Quick Quack Car Wash, Mesa AZ

I like this car wash. I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately there prices went UP. The service didn't change. There still just as good as they were before the price went up. So i can't give them 5 stars. Sorry.

What can I say, it's a car wash but it's the people who work there who make all the difference. Kudos to Kaelei for making the customer feel appreciated and valued! A+ service! Will be back

The best car wash in Mesa. They do NOT cheat you on the soap, waxes or spot free rinse and it automatically dresses your tires.

This morning 1/28/21 I attempted to get my car washed when I was racially discriminated against. The employee took almost 15 minutes to wait on the car in front of me. After finishing he looked at my car and went to a vehicle to the left of me who had driven up after me and naturally the driver was White. After I confronted him about me being next he said he could not keep track of all the vehicles coming in line.

This is where I go because it's cheap and close to work. It didn't get my car clean enough but it works in a pinch.

Was five stars but knocked it down to 3. The whole "which unlimited membership will we be starting" question gets annoying really fast. I also don't save money with it, and they know i come back because they recognize me. Please stop

A third of the vacuums were not functioning and a quarter of there stalls were blocked off, not sure I'm going to be using this location in future. I'll try other location in Gilbert that's newer. If that's not a big improvement I'll look at another car wash. Sorry, I don't feel that I'm the only one that feels this way.

The staff is always friendly and the prices are a pretty good deal only thing that could make it better is if they provided free rags to wipe the outside of your car down with after it gets washed but other than that all together great place

The vacuums were not working well. I would say sick! But the 2 stalls I tried the vacuums were not that strong. The water/car wash left water marks ask other my car, even though I dropped it off right away.

No wait for this drive through car wash on the Saturday we went! So quick and the neon lights inside the wash were a fun piece of entertainment for my toddler. It didn’t dry the car off very well (I’ve never had much luck with drive through washes drying well) but the AZ sun took care of that quick! Very satisfied! Also I love the dashboard wipe they give you since that’s probably the only time I wipe down the inside of my car.

Decided to take the Jeep to get washed today. Even though some of the dust and dirt have washed off from the rain over the past few days, it still didn’t look quite clean. I like that even though the car wash is automatic, there’s still some human interaction. There is some that greets you and cashes you out on what type of car wash you want. Before going into the wash, there’s someone that guides you on to the track and hoses down your car. Once your inside, it’s like being in a dance club with the bright changing colored lights. The only thing missing is the disco ball. After going through the wash, the jeep is looking sparkling clean.

I decided to check out Quick Quack today, after driving past for many months now. My poor car was in desperate need of a bath. I’m happy to report that this was the most pleasant car wash experience I’ve ever had! The staff were so helpful and kind. The colorful lights inside were super fun. The wash was thorough and effective. There were towels available to dry off my car at the end. Seriously, my vehicle hasn’t been this clean since I bought it!

Went to this location on Veteran’s Day and they were doing complimentary car washes for everyone (so nice). The young woman working was very sweet and helpful. I had never been to a Quick Quack before and wondered how it was different than other car washes in town. The lights inside are amazing! This was such a fun surprise. I am used to one or two lights, but it really is a light show inside the car wash (see my pics). The products also smell much better than other car washes— I happened to have my air vents open as I was going through and the smell was lovely. I will absolutely return!

Sharrann helped me get through, great customer service and super friendly. The monthly membership is completely worth it, I will always have one to quick quack!

DON’T go here until they find a replacement for the new girl. I’ve been coming to this location regularly for about a year. Never had an issue until the new girl said I had to clean out my truck bed. When I explained I’ve been coming here regularly and have never had to do that she literally kicked me out and refused service. Crazy.

Took my car in today for a "best" wash and was greeted very warmly. The car wash was busy (Saturday morning) but the staff moved cars through quickly! Will definitely be back!
