Quick Refrigeration, Yuma AZ

Our water heater went out on Wednesday the 20th, called Quick Refrigeration and a technician showed up and after accessing what he thought was the problem, he ordered a part that came in that Friday. Well that part was not the issue. So he said he would order another part that was supposed to arrive the following Friday but it never arrived, so today is Tuesday and we're are still without hot water and when we call about an update they give us a runaround that someone is gonna call us back. It's an inconvenience to go somewhere else to take a shower let alone washing clothes or dishes with cold water. Almost 14 days without hot water

Went through Home Depot for a new Rheem 50 gal water heater. HD set up the installation with Quick Refrigeration. Anthony came out for a quote, and Daniel did the installation. It was sort of complicated and had more labor than the normal install. Daniel did an amazing job. We are so happy we did this. Thank you Quick Refrigeration for having courteous, knowledgeable employees. Happy with the service.

Had a mini split system installed in my garage yesterday Roberto and Paul did an awesome job they were very knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions and explained the operation of the system. We are very happy with the way it looks and works. Jay came by today to check the work and to drop off the warranty paperwork. We’ve been customers off Quick for the last 12 years and are very happy with their service I highly recommend them.

Quick Refrigeration did an outstanding Job finding a replacement A/C UNIT for my home with an outstanding price as well. Jay Brill was very professional and very helpful and easy to work with when it came down to business, the fact that it was a weekend problem and the way they responded to our A/C issue says a lot about this company and the people on the TEAM. Unfortunately lost my AC this summer during some of the hottest days. Jay came out the same day I contacted him. Quick offered the best deal out of 3 agencies and the best financing between my bank, state programs, and military programs. After figuring out my home owners insurance was going to screw me over (never using USAA again, didn’t provide any relief to get my 6 and 9 year old to include my dog and myself out of 100+ degree heat). Jay got the installers at my house the next day. Thank you Carlos and Noelle! Got a top of the line Trane system and got my home back in comfortable temp within 12 hours of install.

My A. C.went out in the middle of July, 120+ degrees. They had a technician, Anthony, come out the same day to troubleshoot and implement a temporary fix which lasted until they could replace the entire unit. Jay was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process and answered any and all questions I had as well as explaining the entire process to me and following up after the unit was installed to make sure I was happy with the work done.

They came out 07/15/'23. Checked my system, said it's overamping-suggested new unit. Then put in new motor after telling me the new one I already had wouldn't work. I even gave them the new one when they put one in my A/C. Salesman told me they don't finance, I'd need to pay in full.
I thought he just verified my credit card-NO, he took the full amount off the card, before any work was done. Went online to leave them a review, discovered they do in fact finance with MY bank, for 1/2 down payment. SO I called and asked. Was told yes they do finance if my credit is good? So told her to cancel the sale, and return my money to my bank card. I don't like being lied to. The I sent them a message also verifying cancel and return my money.

Our A/C unit completely stopped working on June 27th. We called another company here in Yuma. We were told our condenser and fan motor were shot and it would take at least 2 months for him to get new parts. Basically we had a lemon and we were going to spend the hot Yuma summer without an A/C. We decided to call Quick Refrigeration for a second opinion. They sent a technician over the very same day. They had our A/C unit up and running again within 24 hours. They repaired the condenser and did a temporary fix on the fan, which kept our home cool the last few weeks. Then today, they came back and installed a new fan motor. WOW. THANK YOU! This company is amazing. They truly care about their customers and their technicians have the expertise to get the job done.

I received help from Itzel valdez great customer service and very professional. Always available for service, and the Tech Guy Beto very professional was in and out in no time.

Realize our AC quit working as our two toddlers were already in bed for the night. Called for emergency service, Ruben was here and no time. Thanks to the call with Itzel! Both were so helpful and got us cool in no time. I enjoyed the professionalism and quickness so much that I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan!
