If I could give quick smiles a 0 I would. Working with them has been a complete nightmare of an experience. I wish I would have went to an actual orthodontist that could have seen me in person and actually looked at my teeth. It took three years of doing trays for my teeth to make progress. I know this is because I was not seen in person by an actual ortho. These people do not know what they are doing and its not worth the $1000 you might save going with quicksmiles. I have been trying to get them to send me my retainers for months. No one is ever in the office to pick up the phone, or they say they will call back and never do, or they told me twice they sent them out and never did. I called the buisness owner to tell him of my frustration and he made nothing but excuses for his lack of poor buisness practices. I have to start over and pay for another ortho to fix my teeth because of them. So unless you want to pay for braces twice do it right the first time and go see an actual in person ortho.

Quick Smiles is the best! From day 1 I have had the best experience possible. Jamie can always fix any issues I have with my teeth and has been so flexible with me since I moved out of state. Y’all are the best! I will go to no one else!
