Very friendly and polite. Not at all what I was expecting from past experiences in dealing with components of the machine.
This has been the worst customer service experience I have EVER had. My grandmother fell and broke her hip yesterday, as such I was not able to make my appointment for calibration today since I have to find her a rehabilitation facility so she can be discharged from the hospital. I TRIED calling yesterday 5/25 and you were closed. When I called today, your systems callback feature apparently called me back BEFORE I hung up the phone so I NEVER received the call. If I had received that call I would have known your customer service was heartless and couldn't help me reschedule without charging me $35. The rep stated themselves that you were closed and that your system was faulty in calling me back. Where is the help?
