I took my tab S7 plus which until recently was Samsung's top of the line expensive tablet into Quick Fix Phone repair. I ordered a new screen with tax over $500.waited most of the week for it to come in and took it in today to be replaced. I was ready to drop it off for a few hours and come back before closing but to my Huge amazement Kory told me my screen was still in perfect condition due to the tempered glass.it came that way so I didn't even know that it was tempered glass the cracks fooled both me and a different employee.so I figured I was just going to be holding the special order screen replacement until the screen broke on my tablet. I brought an Amazon replacement tempered glass and Kory put it on for me absolutely perfect in just minutes.the small tip I gave for his excellent service doesn't even come close to what he saved me in not having to replace my screen for over $500 due to his honesty and integrity.when management became aware that I did something similar running a cell phone accessory store and it was sold the entire crew was let go.except me. I moved on to opening multiple other stores both in and out of state.which opened many other doors.all for doing "the right thing" both for customers and for the company. While I was working with someone else that I was happy with on the opening shift I didn't get there quick enough to make contact with him.it worked out pretty well and Kory at Quick Fix Phone Repair made my whole day and saved me a bunch of. I will definitely return and send referrals for all my electronics needs.

Highly recommend you go here for any services they provide that you may need. My husband and I go here for our phone repairs and always have a good experience. I appreciate being talked through what is being done to quickly fix the issue. Cool vibe and great services. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. There is nice waiting area in the store. We will definitely be back if needed.

It was good to see the glass repaired. Then the fingerprint sensor didn't work but he figured it out. The next I found the speaker rattles bad. Saturday I took phone back and they are replacing the speaker on them. I can say this is a great thing. Thanks.

Fantastic service! I was passing by Tucson and my phone broke. I called Quick fix and they did a very accurate diagnosis by phone, I explained them that I was only passing by Tucson, by the time I got to the store they had everyting ready and in 45 min I had my phone repaired, pricing was fair too. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Brought in my cracked iPhone 12. Spencer took care of me. One of the coolest and chillest guy in the south side. Fixed my phone in 20 minutes. 10/10 recommend go to this location and my boy Spencer will take care of you. Will be coming back again.

Lost my daughter last year at a young age. My phone had EVERYTHING on there of her. Dropped my phone and took it to spencer.and Dude did his magic. Got her messages, her pics, EVERYTHING. He even showed me how to save and back up ALL my stuff. We need more people like him in this world. Felt my pain and did his best and more to make me happy. Thank you again

Great service, quick turnaround. Spencer is the best at what he does, highly recommended, he can fix anything from game systems, tablets, phones, etc. So next time if any of your electronics break then take them to Spencer and he will have it looking new in no time.

I have been here a couple times (unfortunately) to repair broken screens on phones and iPads. Both times the staff was super friendly, informative and repairs were fast and great. Hopefully I don’t have to come back, but broken screens or phones I know where I’m going!
