Bad experience I went to get a coffe octuber 11 at. 7.50 am the capuccino machine didnt have vanilla I told the guy at front desk and he went to change it but he put the wrong vanilla and I told him and his attitude go to another one thats not the way to talk to costumers I wait like 8 minutes for him to change it and the way he talk to me is not right I always put gas and my coffee at the store at least 4 times a week

I hate using public restrooms. But when you have to go you have to go. I was forced out of the stall and harrased by Armed security, and was accused of smoking in the restrooms. When I asked if she saw me smoking or if she was accusing me of something she said she could smell it! Dumb braud! For a reason you know exactly how it smells, instead of harassing people and thinking you are a drill Sargeant you should get in there and clean that disgusting restroom! You are such a joke!

I do electrician work near by this store and have been coming twice a day for the past month and a half but this morning as i was using the restroom your ARMED security guard A. Sprinkler forced me out of the stall i was in claiming that i was smoking.
I get that it's not a good area but no, I do not smoke. I live in Gilbert Arizona guys, not on these streets. Your guard completely wasted company time today, abused his authority and caused a very unnecessary scene. And when I challenged his accusation he refused to show me a current armed guard card nor would he tell me what company I work for. Very rude and unprofessional throughout the entire contact. "If I don't like it then I can just leave. "
I disagree with his false accusations, it did not happen and therefore I was defending my innocence. Sprinkler was way out of line this morning. Qt seriously needs to take action.

I am QT lover we spent more money at QT than any food store. I have never seen a store this duty! IT'S BAD!

I work for QT #487 and I would appreciate it if my dad was not insulted by your security for no reason when he was just purchasing items and gas.

Guy named Darian charged my account for $175 instead of $40 and can’t do anything about it apparently. Their employees are running scams and taking peoples money I’m not the first person this happened to after I told a few people they had similar stories

No teas or frozen drinks. Out of most sodas too! Rude security guard. Going to next closest QT. Women's bathroom is closed too!

Too many tweaks chillin in the restroom. 20 min later they are still in there smoking it up. Jeez

Most of the icee machines were out and there was alot of unusual people there. To say the nicest way

Go here for pretzels with cheese quite often.and for some reason the kitchen workers for get the damn cheese about 7 out of 10 times! Its really disappointing! And completely over salted!

First time, I've ever been disappointed in QT. Since moving to az 8 years ago. The transit traffic was really high that day. People asking for change at pumps, at door, in restroom. It was a bit much. Sad state of affairs

It’s clean on the inside but outside has lots of people who hang out and ask for money it gets annoying

Bathrooms are all filthy, toilet paper everywhere. There are ladies taking a bath in there on the sinks making a mess on the floor & sink. Really disgusting

More than half of the people in the store were NOT wearing a mask as required from the sign posted at the door. QT employees were not enforcing.
