QuikTrip, Oro Valley AZ

M, y trip was not quick because i got losst int eh aisles: (thew securituy camera did not help me and instead posted my misery on youtube where i waent viral/ haha!

Very disapointed. I usually love qt had some small issues with this location in the past but nothing that compared to today. Went it to get a couple things from the kitchen and gas today. Did not get offered a reciept when paying which ended up being more frustrating than just that. When leaving we realized that my wifes food was missing the protean. You know the important part. We go back to get this fixed and they wouldnt help us. The kitchen employee was too busy with a current order to care about what he got wrong and told my to move out of the way of the counter. The other emplpyee was saying they can only help if we have a receipt. Unprofessional and had no interest in fixing my food or refunding my money. WILL NOT RETURN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE IN THE AREA TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Please do your own math and ask for your receipt when buying from this QT. Every time I come to this QT there a young lady that over charges me! No more then 50 cents but its the principle of it. Prices are already high as is, so why pay more then whats marked. At this point I thk she's doing it on purpose. Then she gets an attitude with me like I did something wrong when I call her on it. Make sure you're charged the right price. Once again I just brought a $1.69 bag of popcorn and was charged $1.89. I don't know how you can work in the retail industry and not know that there is no tax on food in the state of Arizona but the answer I got was its 10 cents more because if taxes. Please ask for a receipt.
