I spoke to sophia about getting my 2017 altima back, and she made accommodations for me.she was very helpful, and i appreciated her service so much.

Natasha was very helpful even with me having some trouble with the registration she still helped me out I am very appreciative for her being there

Absolutely horrible over the phone service. The person who I called said he was in Missouri and didn't know where the location was. Not to mention he was completely rude towards me, I had to repeat myself saying I was the owner of the vehicle. Unacceptable. Can't believe this is what I'm gonna be fighting for in 8 days when I leave for basic.

I have always received professional and courteous service from them. Justina is always polite and friendly when she stops by my office. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company toed my friends car from my own parking space in my apartment complex. Aside from side they didnt even bother to knock on our door or leave a notr letting us know they had taken the car. The leasing office was closed and we thought someone had robbed our car. My husband and i calledthe office to ask basic info like times and location. The lady in a rude manner stated that she could only provide that general info to the car owner. Horrible company.

I didn’t have a update permit to get my car out the tow yard but jermain helped me out with a phone call away I was able to get my car out with his help thank you sir

Horrible, RUDE people to work with. Highly unethical. They only accept cash, and were VERY rough with my car. They prey on cars at apartment complexes, and look through car windows.

These low lives literally circle around Tamarron Apartment complex in Phoenix, EVERY NIGHT checking Cars.

Sad life they must live.

Tow my car again and I will pay every SINGLE dime of the tow fee in PENNIES. It’s legal tender. Try me.

They damaged my car really bad. Unethical. Rude. Cash only. They ask for title and registration. Left my 60yr old mother standing in the heat in AZ she wasn’t aloud to wait in there office seriously horrible people. The man said im used to being yelled at. I didn’t yell one time. No one informed us on any of the 4 calls what was needed to get the car glad I had it. No wonder people get mad they have to come back. $250 for one day.

This is the shadiest company ever! They tow cars 24/7 but you can only pick up your vehicle Monday through Friday. The customer service rep is a total joke and unprofessional he eventually got tired of me calling him because he was no help so he would play Obama speeches. I don’t understand how this shady company is in business!

Horrible behavior, super unprofessional. Lying about policies because they are too lazy to come out.

NO STARS. These guys are a scam. Dont call them and dont use them. They are a bunch of low lifes.
Guys that have to do that for a living are losers.
If you need a tow call a real tow company not these losers.

This place is TERRIBLE! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! My sister in law got her car towed and they try to return it to her with a flat tire! In the pics they took before towing it, was fine, now there's a hole in it! They wanted her to drive it away! Now they will only patch the tire not give a new one!

This place kept my dead husband and my car. They offered to sell it back to me a srap price. But didn't hold to their word. They suck!

Getting my car back was the only positive thing about dealing with this company because the lady was cool. Upon calling the night of, the guy on the dispatch was ABSOLUTELY RUDE. My car was towed at 10pm, I got it back at 10am and I was charged for 2 days storage when it wasn't even there 12 hours. I'll take responsibility for not being an "authorized" parker but this company's practices are awful.

A. R. S. § 33-1022 (B). This statute does not authorize a lien for the towing of automobiles, and there is, then, no statutory basis for allowing a lien on an automobile for towing. Even if we assume that the statute allows a lien for the storage of the automobile that has been towed, there must be an agreement as to the storage charges.

I did have a little difficulty problem but Michael Harvey thank you for taking care of my problem and got my issue fix and got my car out thank you sir

Terrible, criminal bullies. I'm am shocked and appalled that they are allowed to operate in the great state of Arizona. Shame on them.

I just saw them repo a vehicle from Moya elementary school and it put multiple peoples lives at risk even through the school zone the tow truck driver yanked the vehicle 2 miles down the road dragging it by one wheel with illegal tent on his vehicle. Pictures enclosed. If I was the owner of this vehicle I would certainly seek an attorney for property damage.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Very rude. And the sticker they placed on my car is impossible to take off. THE GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN NEEDS TO BE PERMANENT and this company needs to shut down with them. Fraudulent money hungry devils
