Raceway Express Car Wash, Phoenix AZ

The equipment has fallen in disrepair and they are not maintaining or repairing anything. Today, there was no water spray either over the car on sideway onto the wheels.
I am cancelling this monthly membership. Done.

Worst car wash experience I've had never going back there again I had to redo my windows once I got home they were so dirty after a wash!

The membership is very reasonable! Would definitely recommend getting it. A nice clean place and area. Never to long of a wait either.

Roy was the best! Drove in with no appointment. Got me in and out. Great customer service. Detailed interior and went above and beyond. Highly recommend and will be coming back. Thank you Roy!

I’m sorry to say these kids don’t care about your fronted Alignment, they can’t direct you to not f_k up your wheel alignment! I have for years asked then to spray clean under my roof top ski carrier. But to no avail no one is that intelligent to be able to understand English.

Beware setting up a membership. At time of cancelation you do not get confirmation.

I tried canceling 3 months back. Noticed that the funds were still being pulled from my account.

Tried to cancel again, no confirmation received, had to reach out to request confirmation and requested a refund based on. My previous try which they refused.

I do not recommend giving this company your account information.

As a Rideshare driver I go to Raceways all over the Valley, this location has the worst service, the staff won't even acknowledge you at the gate (usually on their phone or listening to iPods), not washing windshield with the brush and after going through the tunnel the cars come out soaking wet! I have informed manager and staff and no one seems to care. I don't expect the car to be completely dry but compared to Bell, both on Thunderbird, Glendale Ave, Northern, University Dr, 51st, 67th locations this place is horrible

The car detailing place is amazing. Such a nice gentleman owns it in the car wash express was terrible nothing dried, and I pay for the most expensive one.

Window sticker does not work in my car had to put it on the door post.there needs to be some other solution maybe an external sticker or update readers.

I love that the vacuuming is free and I can drive there anytime they’re open as many times a day I want and get my car washed the boys been very nice

I normally only go to the two businesses on Kietzke Lane and Rock Blvd. I used to go to the Kietzke one more as they provided the hand dry. But now I feel the personal service has gone down there some.
The Rock Blvd wash provides, in my mind, a more personalized treatment. I know almost all the workers, and as an added bonus, they have free vacuuming there.

Excellent service all the time and honorable staff only its too bad the price jumped up a bit but the friendly employess out to satisfy their REGULAR CUSTOMERS is worth the hike. And love this location in Clovis.very close to home. (Villa/Shaw)

At this point I'm not happy with the service. I bring four cars there weekly and the attendance are not friendly. Poor customer service.

I really enjoy being able to drive through anytime I need a wash. I pay monthly and can wash my car as often as I want for one monthly fees. You can choose whichever services you want included for your fee.

I feel like when running it through the wash it doesn’t exactly get everything out. So i would at least bring the car around for a second wash.

Did the drive thru wash and my car came out great. Used vacuums before hand work well. Gentlemen at entrance was really helpful in answering all my questions. They do have auto detail options also with much more affordable prices then other places. Will for sure be returning.

Absolutely love their services. Quick and prompt when help is needed and their car wash system does very well. Will highly consider purchasing a membership especially if you like to keep your car clean.

The quality of their washes varies, some are too short and you come out covered in soap. Others are good, YMMV. Take extra care, pulling in and taking direction for your vehicle. If your vehicle is damaged, for any reason, they will deny, deflect and refuse to take responsibility. So if you have a larger vehicle, find one that fits it, otherwise user beware. The irony is they “asked” me to post a review. Well, here you go.

Normally cleans my truck good. Today at location on Pyramid and McCarran, had to go through wash twice and it still didn’t clean everything. Part of wash not working, vacuums not working, lack of help. Disappointing
