Raintree Pet Resort and Medical Center, Scottsdale AZ

Been here the few times but always have problem with receiving medical records and receipts. It seemed the medical assistants have no idea how to send out client’s request and always need to beg the front desk to receive whatever we need. Not even mentioning the front desk changes the profile numbers when we didn’t ask her too. Also with their promotions, email received and on the website indicate 15% dental cleaning but never mentioned that exam is required. Doctors are nice but the entire team seemed have no idea how to maintain relationships with clients and blame everything on their corporate rather than actually solving their own problems.

I cannot say enough great things about the staff here. We have been coming here with our cat & our dog for several years, and have always loved our visits with Dr. Savard.
I recently brought my foster dog, who is highly traumatized, large, and strong, in for a medical exam by myself. I let the staff know prior to my visit that I was scared for a variety of reasons, and the they really stepped up and helped me navigate my entire visit, from the second I entered until I was driving away, with total professionalism and compassion. I cannot say enough great things about Erin, Haley, & Dr. O’Brien! What a dream team! Thank you three for your extra hands, the way you helped handle and supervise the dog to make transitions in & out of the clinic and payment a breeze seemed almost effortless, and it made a world of a difference for me. Erin even taught my foster dog a new trick in her few short minutes with him! I am beyond impressed. Thank you x1000000!

This was my first time at this location and I will definitely return! Everyone I encountered there was very kind and friendly and treated me and my dog as we were family. I especially want to recognize the vet tech Sage and Dr. O'Brien, what amazing, kind, talented professionals. I also had the pleasure of meeting the general manager as I wanted to commend her on such a well run facility and good environment.

Called to look for boarding for my 4 large dogs today and spoke with Haley on the phone. They unfortunately didn’t have space for this weekend (very last minute so understandable). She was very nice and helpful today.

Called sooo many vets and they all turned me away except here. Saved my little 4 pound chihuahuas life last minute with an emergency surgery. I’m really thankful for them! She’s doing well recovering.

Staff did not notice massive weight loss. Dogs kidneys failed while staying at facility. Incompetent

They have taken great care of my parrot and dog while out of town. I'll definitely be using raintree in the future if I need boarding again.

I have been taking my dogs to Raintree for many years. I would highly recommend Raintree Pet Resort.

We recently lost one of our pups in a horrific pool accident. I called to adjust some upcoming reservations that had our three dogs now that we lost one. The staff was extremely apologetic and comforting. I just received a card in the mail today that was personally signed with notes from all the staff that interacted with our beloved Gus. This was a very moving and wonderful gift that they did on their own behalf. We are in the midst of grieving the loss of Gus and this brought tears of joy to our eyes. Thank you to everyone at RainTree for the personal notes about Gus. We truly appreciate this very kind gesture. God Bless.

Very impressed! I went to Raintree because my regular vet had no appointments. They got me in within an hour. They were very thorough, and professional. I will be back!

I would %100 recommend this place! Took my new puppy in for a UTI. Dr was VERY resourceful and it’s not a very packed place so the Dr doesn’t hurry and rush out to next patient, he took his time explaining everything and I left with no worries or fears! And now found my home vet!

Our older dog was at the resort for more than a week. I was concerned that the facility was newer but aside a few glitches, he was well cared for. Thank you to the team for making his time spent there positive.

We have been using Raintree Pet Resort for about ten years and have always been very happy. The staff is great. The place is super clean. The fact that there is a vet on property is an asset. Dr. Savard is great! I would never leave my Frenchie with any one else. My frenchie suffers from pancreatitis and never has an issue here. They take extra care of her. My pups love it here.

My bird had some bleeding from the tail feather area, so called around for an Avian vet. Was referred to Raintree and given an appointment the next morning with Dr Savard. Was seen in a very timely manner, Dr Savard assessed the problem, administered some treatment and a prescription and set up for the follow up next week. This experience was how it should be at a Vet's office. My past experiences with other Avian vets has been horrible and extremely costly. Raintree and Dr Savard are my new go to place for my birds.

Dr Savard is terrific, doesn't try to up -sell on "extra" treatments or testing, addresses the issue at hand and provides clinical perspectives to help prioritize treatments. Great listener and willing to provide clinical insights. Reasonably priced, didn't need to take out a loan to provide care.
