Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, Glendale AZ

This is the only Canes i go to, been to different locations throughout the valley and i always come back to this location for it’s hot and fresh food, customer service and fast service. Kudos to the Canes team, thank you.

Drive thru was quick and efficient. Staff was fine and knew the orders well. However the take out containers look smaller than other Canes'. That didn't really affect this review but it's more on the food itself. I live down the street, so we got home a very short time later, the chicken tenders looked small and they were not very crispy, like you would expect from any Canes. One piece had a soggy side like it was sitting out for a while.

I would of liked the dining inside to have been larger. When they first opened I had 2 visits prior to this last one and I don't think their chicken was fully cooked. I wasn't the only one that had this experience. I don't like wasting my but we had already left the drive thru to go back would of been a pain bc they were extremely busy.

My son Lucian and I have always liked Raising Caines; in fact, there is a location about a mile from our house. So, when we were offered the Elite Experience, we jumped at the chance. This location has been open about a month the staff is very friendly and very enthusiastic about Caines they greeting everyone as they come through the door and chant you name when your orders ready. We enjoyed two complimentary combo boxes with extra Cainiac sauce and Texas toast, and as you see from the pictures, my tip on making Cainiac sandwiches. Please support our local businesses.

Food is good but annoyed because I paid for an extra sauce and did not get it. Didn't find out until I got home.

Been here twice and chicken tasted like oil. Very disappointed because it’s a closer location but I will just stick to the location by Arrowhead mall.

Food was cold and waited forever. When they finally brought my food out they forgot about my sauces so I had to go into the store for a drive thru order

Best chicken fingers ever. The setup for the drive thru is a mess. You have to sit out on the road waiting to get in blocking other cars from getting by

Amazing canes, maybe the best service canes I’ve been to keep it up y’all go ahead and come they really go above and beyond got they’re customers I’ve already went 5 times!

So happy we have a canes near our house now.the chicken was fresh like always and for a Saturday night the drive thru went pretty fast.definitly will be eating here alot since the prices are reasonable and food is fresh and hot when u get it.

Love Raising Cane's. This is a new location, plus there was an event at the arena so they were busy but staff handled the rush well.

The store was shut down due to some problems and they gave us a free meal for the inconvenience! Great service

They opened recently and everything is great! The indoor seating area is and the chicken fingers taste so good

First of all.really disappointed of how I got my meal. I got a 3 finger combo that’s specifically 8$ And I kinda wanted extra fries so I didn’t care.but the lady out there never told me she was specially ADDING that to my order so my total came out to be $11. I was really shocked it was that high considering I only got one combo so I’m thinking she really did add the extra fries.so I got home and noticed that There WASNT ANY extra Fries on my plate and gave me a small portion of it ACTUALLY… YALL PLEASE MAKE SURE YALL ORDER STRAIGHT BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE THROUGH.they added an extra 3$ to my order when i didn’t have what was needed on my PLATE! Please work on this…

Not impressed. I had to wait in line in the drive through to pick up a big to go order. Told the person taking orders, he went inside and brought it to me in line and I had to wait for every body else to leave. Very inconvenient for an online order. They also only gave us 2 small cups of sauce for 35 chicken strips family order.

SO GLAD THEY OPENED UP A LOCATION HERE! Dine in & two drive thru lanes now available. Staff was friendly & quick! Order was complete and fresh.
