Ramada by Wyndham Kingman

Stay as far away as possible from this place! Stayed here a year ago and it was great! It has gone downhill with new management! VERY RUDE and SNOTTY staff! NO FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST like it says there is! Was free a year ago and was great! Now you pay for it at their restaurant! Had roaches in our room! Initial room wreaked of smoke and had to change rooms. We were locked out of our room the evening of our 1st night of two nights there. Wanted to cancell 2nd night and go elsewhere but were told we would be charged for the 2nd day regardless. Also rate was $115 per night including tax! WAY MORE than we paid a year ago and more than is advertised! Will NEVER stay here again EVER!

The rooms don't look bad, but there were bugs and small mosquitoes everywhere. We had thousands of little mosquitoes crawling out of the drain like in a horror film. There is hair everywhere in the beds and I can only hope it comes from people's heads. And the bed sheets are decorated with coffee or pee stains, unfortunately not very cool. Otherwise the rooms look really good and there is a great pool and gym!

The staff here are really nice and understanding and welcoming.
Unfortunately it seems Housekeeping could care less. First room we got wasn't cleaned, swept or the bed sheets changed. EVERY sheet had yellow stains and the pillow cases had old mold stained on them. The walls, door, door knows, etc are filthy. They've never been cleaned.
Second room had the same issues with the addition of something white, goopy and very old splattered on the bathroom wall next to the toilet.
It's almost two hundred dollars a night to stay here.

Has roaches and rude employees. No breakfast anymore. Smoking in nonsmoking rooms. Just gone so downhill. Cheap everything don't waste your money.

Older hotel, but rooms are refurbished. Hotel layout is weird with interesting murals. There is no elevators that I could find and saw a lot of people confused and looking for one. There's possibly someone living in one of the units in the back.

Small, nice hotel with slightly noisy rooms. The train doesn't pass very far. Otherwise the decorations are quite nice and the swimming pool pleasant.

Not sure how they got any reviews at all that are good.
Receptionist told me my room was not ready but did not know my name or that I can use my early checkin rewards.
The building is in disarray and landscaping has not been touched in months.

Pictures on web is not nearly the same as our visit.

We canceled and went to another hotel. Believe me it was the best choice of the week. Do not go here.

What a shame to have a hotel with so much potential (very large swimming pool and nice patio for a drink), but with such poor maintenance. The corridors are very dirty, the sound system in the rooms is non-existent and freight trains pass all night. The armchair in the bedroom had a broken leg and was placed back against the wall.

We were in need of a place to stay and the Ramada everything we needed! The women at the front desk were kind and understanding and the room was wonderful! Very clean, comfortable, and safe. That’s really all I ask for and the Ramada more than delivered. Plus the exterior of the building is awesome! So many neat portraits and murals to look at, and I love that the front of the building resembles an old Route 66 trading post. That’s really what sold me initially. I’m happy to say I have a good place to stay in Kingman in the future.

We stayed there for one night and were happy when the journey continued the next day. The lady at the reception was totally overwhelmed.
The room was very noisy, you could hear the traffic and the other guests. I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

I would NOT recommend this place to a enemy. We made a reservation did NOT even stay there. The front desk woman was OUT OF THIS WORLD RUDE! She cancelled our reservation and told us to find some where else to stay.
When i made this reservation i was not told that we could not check in until 3. We got there at 130 or so. We were informed for EXTRA we could check in early. When i told her to cancel the reservation she told me she was still going to charge me for the night! She laughed in my face and told me she didnt know what to tell me, when i tried explaining we were military and moving across country! The customer service here was EXTREMELY poor and unprofessional. Unfortunately this has costed them our business.
I would keep looking for another place to stay. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD!

Front desk lady was grouchy and rude. Rooms are clean. Water pressure OK. Nice areas to sit outside but could use landscaping.

We stayed here for a quick stay, the room was clean and perfect for one night.there is no luxury, but you don't feel dirty there.there is a parking lot and it is quiet.nice serviceP

We were told that the restaurant was open for dinner, and in the end there was no staff so the kitchen was closed.
Night ok
Breakfast, 1 hour wait and we left without eating anything but the waitress offered us orange juice
Check out, a receptionist who calls her boyfriend and who doesn't take care of these customers and who snatches the cards from my hands before locking herself in the office,
Air conditioning in the room is not acceptable and has a horrible smell
A decent outdoor pool
And a place that smells a lot like cannabis

In the end a place to avoid and a bad experience even for a low price

We spent 1 night in this hotel and I cannot recommend it. Rooms are not very clean and you can hear the conversation of the guests above you. Front desk is not very nice.
