Ramada by Wyndham Tempe/At Arizona Mills Mall

I believe I just drove by.to get a freind to her new job at Forever 21 in the nearby mall. I do have great memories of past trips to such places.as my sweetheart would say.are we going to the Ram It Inn.again? And she say.
I sure hope so.which was music to my ears- oh.let the good times roll

Contacted Better Business Bureau because how bad they were. Reccomend anyone else who else has the same negative experiences as me to do the same!

Service was good but the floor in the room needed to be vacuum and everything was pretty outdated or kind of falling apart but it looks like they are trying to get the place back in order.

The sheets in rooms are stained or just not changed, the floors are dirty found blue pills in restroom and under the desk. Found out it was oxycodone. The chair in one room had blood all over it. Will never come back wish the innsuites was still open

Worst hotel/motel of my travels. First experience at a Ramada. Location and hotel is totally sketchy. No services available, no breakfast (even tho it says they offer it on their website). Elevator dirty. Cigarette butts everywhere outside. Bed sheets have stains. Pillows are terrible. Beds are on rollers! The entire room felt gross. One of the cabinet drawers just rolled open and wouldn't close (right in the walkway) smh. Looks more like there are long term people living there. Parking lot is completely sketchy. Guy screaming profanities from his car and clearly suspicious activity going on in other cars. Cops were there both nights I stayed there. Once with 3 people handcuffed outside in the parking lot. (I have pictures). I DID NOT FEEL SAFE THERE. BEWARE!

Wife was supposed to stay here for an event she had. There was a sign at check-in that said exactly this: "Before you check inn, check the room. We will not refund you after you check inn". Lot of shady people everywhere. Everyone including my wife did not feel safe and cancelled after looking at discussing rooms.

Everything.was pretty much dirty in the room. Fighting to get my deposit.deposit went back.in my bank account then they took it out again. Trying get hold of corporate to get this resolved what.a hassle. Welcome to the hood.

The worst place by far I have ever booked at. Couch was dirty and humid. Pillow cases were dirty. Shower was clogged, hairs on the sink. I had my daughters and my wife. We had to leave. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Management is the same as terrible or worse. I expressed my concerns and did not care. When I checked out, the front desk person was telling the manager how another lady had also complained the day before about almost the exact same things. She threatened them and they did refund her. They did not want to refund me though. Here are a few pics as proof. Do not book at this place. You will instantly regret it the moment you pull up.

Do not under any circumstances stay here. This used to be a decent place to stay but is now under new management that are totally clueless and arrogant. All of our bags were stolen out of our room while we were out for the day. The maintenance person admitted he took them and locked them in a room, but then claimed he couldn't get them out for us. Front desk was totally uncooperative and I ended up having the Sheriff's Office respond. Took over 2 hours for the manager to come to the property only to find none of our bags were where the maintenance guy said they were. Manager acted like it was no big deal and just wanted us to be patient, then changed his story saying our stuff was given away. Sheriff's deputies ended up finding our bags in a dumpster out back. Fortunately nothing valuable was in them but a few articles of clothing and ladies health items were not recovered. Wasted over 3 hours on that debacle, requested my money back, then went and stayed somewhere else.

I called 3 day prior to my stay to get a total out the door cost as I work front desk myself and wanted to know all the costs. I was told a different total than when I got there also I was told their pool would be open I get there they tell me it’s closed and that they need a 100.00 deposit per room even though the person I spoke with did not mention anything about that. That was 8/28 fast forward to today I still have yet to get my money back as it is still pending on my card I called the support line and actually got hung up on. I was told two different stories one employee said it would be back on my card on 8/29 then the manager said it would take 7-10 days still nothing.

Bugs in the room and on the bed and between the sheets. Not to mention the lock to the door was broken. After telling the staff they called me a liar. Then a employee admired that there were bugs after checking they said they still couldn’t give a refund because the room was booked through price line. After calling price line they said they called the hotel and they denied that there were bugs so no refund. I would like to say Andy is a liar and a very dishonest.

Sorry, nice gentleman checked me in but this is a dirty motel in a state of disrepair. Uncomfortable stay thinking I would have my room broken. Saved a few dollars by not staying at the nearby resort and regret it.

Picture in room was previously damaged. I informed management and they were very reasonable. I was concerned about my security deposit but it was returned. I would stay here again.

Stayed there 3 weeks ago put the deposit on my credit card and I am still waiting as it days pending. When I checked in the lady behind the desk said 3 to 5 days and it will be back in the account, so I waited called yesterday spoke to someone that has broken English she states that it takes 45 days for it it show back up. Just beware if you don't need your money back right away it would be okay. If I knew it was going to take 45 days then I would have done the deposit in cash.
My daughter did enjoy the pool. Room was the best but worked for the night.

Disgusting room, shower didn’t work. Painting was broken and fell halfway through the night. Someone else’s hair was on “clean towels” and the room service menu had some sticky, gloppy substance on the front page that stuck to my hand. It was upright gross and we paid $130 for the room.

Motel, not hotel. Super sketchy, staff not very helpful. Had to switch rooms, second room had no shower. Lots of the building needed repairs. The rooms were well furnished and nice looking, though. Convenient off the highway and very close to the arizona mills mall.

Best shower ever. Beds and pillows most comfy. Harwood floors are bit dirty didn't care for it. Over all happy stay and nice staff. Awesome location. Thank you Ramada!
