Ramiros Mexican Food, Buckeye AZ

When placing an order I asked for my carne asada be extra well done and cashier didn't tell the cook and meat wasn't too my liking and returned it and second time it happened again (mind you on same day) so as I went back the 3rd time she rolled her eyes and told the cook he had to make another one. But I had to let him know how because she wouldn't even tell him how I ordered it SMH. She's not communicating with him at all.

First time I eat at Ramiros in Buckeye and last time I have never eaten a Carne Asada Burrito so greasy and I think they used ground beef because it looked like it I honestly don't recommend this place to anyone

Employees here are not trustworthy the female employee that drives the silver Toyota pickup has a very poor customer service very unprofessional,
A week ago I forgot my card at the restaurant and the employees decided that it was ok to use my card within the store. Do not recommend this location.

They poured hot sauce all over our food. The chubby lady in the window is so rude and kept cutting me off when I was ordering and I saw her picking her nose and touching food so gross! Please don’t come here. I got a refund immediately and went somewhere else WAY BETTER

Quality and quantity have decreased at this location. Maybe because CaliTacos is getting more patrons. Ordered a Super box with chicken asked for extra chicken. They said 3.89. The box alone is 7.90 Disappointing! We also ordered a super nacho. We’ve been ordering this for the past 2 years. The chicken is now minced instead of cubed like it used to be. Less meat in the box. Won’t return

Not sure who claims this as good mexican food, but whoever does clearly doesn't know anything about good Mexican food considering that the street it sits on is in between next to nothing, so I don't think they have any idea about good food. Oh and the customer service sucks, the girl taking our order was sooo freakin rude and the funny thing is she was rude while we watched her take our order while cleaning the bathroom toilet girl has no place to be rude while hustling toilet duty, disgusting! And the building itself is dingy, dirty and disgusting. Staff sucks and food sucks!

The food here is SOOO good! And they don't try to skimp out on the food like the one in Avondale does now. This place has the best carne asada fries! I hope they keep that up! I will no longer go to the one in Avondale but I'll be going to this one in Buckeye every time!

Overall food quality is really good. The cooks are super friendly and the food is served hot and fresh. Customer service at the counter by some of the female high school students is subpar. One is friendly while the other depending on the week can have an incredible poor attitude. Can I blame them? Partly no. The entry and the interior is much to be desired. Water damage on the ceiling including the main kitchen area right above the grill where the cooks are at.
The owner needs to start investing into repairing the kitchen area especially where the food is prepped. When the owner cares little about re-investing into the restaurant it leaves a lot of questions as to what else is being overlooked.

However, they seem to pass health inspections consistently.

9: 40 pm unprofessional, and the employee at drive thru behavior was childish and rude, will not recommend for while. Also ordered something simple and they got it wrong, not worth your time and money.

This place WAS awesome place to eat! Went down hill the past year. Food wasn't as great & MAKE SURE BEFORE U DRIVE OFF U HAVE UR FULL ORDER! Can't stress that enough they ALWAYS miss something. THEY DO NOT fix there mistakes food wise (Even when u explained it prior ordering) plenty of other spots!

The food is usually good. The girls inside need to keep it professional they are spending more time complaining about not getting sleep then making sure an order is right. How does a beef taco plate sound like shredded beef bean and cheese burrito with green peppers and onions? Only to be told I should have checked my receipt. Make sure you yell your order so everyone hears it.

It's the second time I eat here and it seems to me that the beans they give are spoiled because both times they have had a bad smell, and the sauce they give is just water.

We’ve been frequent eaters here and have enjoyed the food. However we got home this evening and realized one of our items was missing. Instead of apologizing and taking care of the mishap, they told us they check all their orders so there’s nothing they can do. Basically calling us liars. The food missing was my child’s food. I’m beyond disappointed and upset with how they handled the situation. We will not be returning. Very unprofessional.

Enchiladas were not cooked at all the cheese wasn't even melted we were the only people there but the lady that waited on us was very nice
