I came here with hair loss issues and couldn't be happier with the end result. The salon is in a beautiful part of Old Town and Ramon made me feel comfortable, listens to me, knows hair and shares knowledge & tips. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been searching and searching for a truly great hair colorist for so long now. I have been to so many different salons, and always have had just terrible luck with finding someone who really gets what I’m looking for, or who will not just fry my hair to try to get to my goals way too fast.
When I came across this salon, it seemed to have great reviews and everyone said how great the vibes were- they were right! My goal was to transition from very damaged dyed almost black hair, to blonde. I found Fernanda on their site, and she is absolutely amazing. I saw all of her incredible work on Instagram and knew she would be able to help me. She is the first stylist to actually assess the condition of my hair and explain that we would need to take baby steps to get to my goals to preserve my hair. She did such a great job that I have been excited for every appointment and schedule them ahead of time- which is something I’ve never done before. I even sent my mom who lives in Tucson because Fernanda is worth the drive!
You will not be disappointed if you come to this salon!

I love Ramon Bacaui Salon! Ramon, Fernanda and Robert have taken care of my family, friends and me for many years. I highly recommend all three of them, but Fernanda is my favorite. I constantly get compliments on my hair color, highlights and haircuts. Not only is she talented, but she is such a sweetheart that I look forward to every appointment.

Ramon totally transformed my husband! My husband had another hairpiece that was awful, he looked in his 70's. (It was white and with his white beard, he looked like Santa Claus!)! With Ramon's help my husband was transformed. The hair was colored to strawberry blond with his beard trimmed and colored as well. He dropped at least 15 years and FINALLY got a good job! If I could post pictures I would.men would be flocking there more than they are now! THANK YOU Ramon!

Fernanda Villasenor is a hair goddess. An absolute savior. I had a huge huge hair a mess up from my previous hairdresser, and Fernanda literally turned my hair from orange back to blonde in one session. She didn’t let me leave the salon until I was happy. I couldn’t be more grateful! I highly recommend you go see Fernanda!

Fernanda is an absolute master! If you are looking for a colorist, especially for balayage or blonde styles look no further. I'm platinum blonde and she keeps my tone icy and crisp without damaging my hair. She is also efficient while upholding quality and makes me feel at ease and comfortable at all appointments. Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing! I went to Allis unhappy with my hair and she has completely changed that. I have curly hair and it so hard finding someone who truly knows how curly hair works. Everyone who works there are so kind. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants there hair done right ️

I was new to Arizona and went to another salon for blond highlights. I left with orange hair and roots. I was in tears when I called and Perla was able to help me. She only spent 2 hours correcting my hair when another place took 5 hours destroying it. When I left Perla I was crying tears of joy, my hair looks perfect and I am beyond greatful. I can't even tell it was ever orange. Thank you so much, I will be back!

Ramon is excellent, he makes the experience comfortable and truly is there for the customer. He takes pride in his work and has built a friendly, joyful environment that is easy to walk into. From the beginning when you walk in you’re greeted with a smile and immediately feel appreciated for being there. I will definitely be returning to the salon!

Fernanda has brought my hair back to life! After years of damaging my hair from another salon I came to her with a mess. She was able to help me not only fix my color but make my hair long and healthy again. She listens to her clients and helps them get to their goals. The balayage she did on me today was GORGEOUS, I have never gotten so many compliments! Also her work with extensions is perfection! I highly recommend Fernanda to anyone who wants a true professional and beautiful hair!

Without question this is the greatest place I have ever gone to. I received the greatest haircut of my entire life from Allis - she is AMAZING. Holy cow, I would endeavor to say it was a life changing experience. She has the precision of a surgeon with the perception of a prophetess! I was blown away. 100/10 would recommend forever and for the rest of my life.

Fernanda is the best! I do not know I would do without her! She gave me the most amazing extensions and beautiful cut and color! She is extremely professional and always knows exactly what I want. I highly recommend her and would not go anywhere else!

As I was passing through Phoenix AZ, I was able to make a last minute appointment with Fernanda for a cut & highlights. She was absolutely phenomenal. She was able to "fix" what had been the worst haircut of my life, while still maintaining my hair length. She also did an amazing job with the highlights and my color has never looked better. Every single person I saw walk out of the salon had gorgeous hair from all the stylists. I would recommend this place to anyone and wish I lived in Phoenix!

I got my hair cut by Paul George going in with high expectations and they were blown away. I showed him a few pictures and he did an excellent job getting me the hair cut I wanted.

Ramon is a talent. I knew as soon as he took the scissors and comb to my short cropped thick hair that he is masterful at his craft.
