Ramon Vasquez: Allstate Insurance, Tucson AZ

I have had auto and home insurance for many years. Ramon will answer the phone, he will call you back! When you have a question or problem, they are happy to help. A lot of agencies I have never talked to the owner of the agency. I have had multiple calls with Ramon, he asks about me personally. He takes an interest in his clients. If you want to be treated like a person then call these guys.

It started off pretty good until they didn’t do what they said and caused me to do everything and run through loops to fix my policy. I requested with them to update a policy and was informed that they would reach out to make sure payments were stopped etc. Come to find out neither was done and left me doing everything at the last min and fixing and still fixing what they said they “did”. I also received a follow up email from Ramon but it felt more like an automated type of thing because I emailed back asking for updates on my requests above and not a single reply. Very disappointed, do not recommend.

They always answer the phone. Questions are answered. There’s good communication.

I received a call from Allstate claims and the lady that called me said "I'm doing a callback". I said ok.for what reason? She said she didn't know and that I should know why she's calling. She had a very abrupt and harsh tone. Not professional at all!
