Disturbingly unprofessional. I had an "interview", with a "Recruiter", with so little life/job experience, he doesn't know what a light industrial job is (fyi: I'm an ex recruiter for light industrial jobs). Why should anyone trust you with guiding their job/career path? I don't, I should have read the reviews.

I worked for Randstad as a account development manager. It's not a bad corp.its not. It's just that the location is in a dangerous territory. Sadly, people are just old and out dated. To be honest. I feel like the new vibe in there is great so who ever they hired to run the place is defly straightening things out. Lets keep it real working in the hood is rough. Its so dangerous over there. The workplace bullying I experienced was literally a product of the envorinment. That whole talent pool is nothing to play with. I went under my middle name there because your first and last name is not safe in those parts. I jeanine gaines think randstad is a pretty darn good company to work for. Shout out to the young giants whos in there running things. Im sorry.that place is for young adults. Im in my 30s theres no way I coulda walked away from that place well. The way working there played with my mental health is scary. Some people will never understand workplace trauma. Future talents.stand your ground but please dont hurt us in the office. It's so sad to see what the government has done to the desert sky area. It didnt used to be that bad. The swat used to shut it down over there man. It was so scary. Its so sad how corp is an addiction. It's like you have to keep a job to stay afloat.but the jobs will break you down. I feel so bad for randstad. All i can say is if you all don't have any government obligations to be in that location consider moving maybe to a strip mall closer by. Im not saying take randstad jobs away from desert sky.im saying consider moving locations for safety & simply doing out reach over there. Also please higher people with street smarts.the reason the office crumbled was because people were simply dingy. Im sorry yall.thats the hood. Street smart doesnt mean being black or brown. Hire people that have critical thinkin skills beyond degrees. Look man they were judging the hood people and protecting the lames. Yo, man bro.the lames were ruining and get over on the corp. It was the hood brothers that was making it happen for randstad. Im sorry the customer service from entitled well dressed people is awful. I promise you business casual makes sense.nice & neat is enough you dont have to be sexy or dressing like you are on the red carpet. It looked real stoopid people coming to the hood with designer own not because someone will steal it.but why on god's green earth would you wear a fine dinning attire to a dog fight. Randstad get it together or you will all be a thing of the past.this whole rat race is silly. Yall not a bad company just old fashion!

I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel Vega today, one of your Staffing representatives. He was leaving my work from meeting with one of my managers & I introduced myself & he was instantly kind & friendly & personable. He would be the type of rep I would want to do business with & he seemed to be passionate about his work. Hopefully he can get us some good candidates in here that want to work.

By far the worse Staffing Agency I’ve ever came across! They never answer their phones. I am currently on assignment and have been trying to contact them about my hours that I’m missing. They’ll tell you to reach out to corporate which is a 1-800 number. Which is some outsourced foreign operator that will take your call cause they don’t want to. Never have I ever had to call ‘corporate’ to fix direct deposit issues or even fix my hours cause they can’t explain how their time clock works! When I say the worst staffing agency, I mean it! Lazy!

Their communication is the worst! Good luck! There's better places out there to find jobs with. I'd choose somewhere else.

Worst agency there is. They pretend to understand your situation and then screw you out of jobs and money. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I recommend Karime Melendez, as she helped me to reach the correct recruiter though she was not assigned to help me when I visited this location. I would recommend Karime for you as she was professional, friendly, communication, supportive.

Randstad give me job opportunitie I expect job on July 15th job starting was for August 14 I show up at job the company told me that they have no thing to do with Randstad

Unfortunately I don’t like writing reviews but this just took me by surprise. I called to verify what jobs were available and I was calling on behalf of someone else. The recruiter who answer the call told me “why is the person not calling? Why are you calling for him? He is the one that knows what can he do or don’t do? ” As a former recruiter that was very unprofessional and is no one’s business why I’m calling for someone else, your job is to inform me what positions you have and if it is something you can’t discuss over the phone then make an invitation to the office and explain that is something you can’t discuss. As a recruiter you don’t have the right to ask does questions unless you have the person in front of you and you are doing an interview. Very disappointed since we have deal with Randstad for years and we relocated and wanted to continue with them but at this location we will definitely not go.

Love the way the attend their employees. They have been super friendly and helpful every step of the way. And didn't stop until they found us a good job both my husband and I are super happy with this company. Thank you to all the reps.

Mirna, if you are seeing this! You have got to be the worst CSR for randstad I have ever came across! You are inconsistent with the phone interviews, I have tried to reach out more than once and sent out applications with fully descriptive resumes to the qualifying jobs posted on the website! But hey, maybe the company isn’t hiring right!? Everyone, if I may recommend a job agency! Integrity Staffing Solution on Dunlap. It’s not that great but at least you’ll get a call back!

This company had lied and wasted my time. They do not show up for the scheduled interview and will not return your call or respond to your email regarding this matter. This company obviously does not care to help anyone and their poor customer service and professionalism shows. I would not recommend this agency to anyone out there and will tell my professional network to stay away from this company at all cost. Do not waste your time and effort there are better staffing agencies out there that will value your time and really help you.

Very rude over the phone. Sound uninterested in helping find positions available. I was let go due to a layover and the woman I was speaking with was basically saying that having a year at my previous position isn’t a good eye for employers and talking down on me. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this agency to ANYONE

This Staffing agency is great! Ericka, Jeanine, Andrea were so helpful! Today is my birthday and my pay card wasn't working and they helped me. They also put me to work fast
