Dr. Rao made me feel so comfortable and confident in what I wanted done regardless of the age. He answered every question I came up with, I would definitely go back to him. His staff are extremely nice.

After years of contemplation, I committed to finding a surgeon in Tucson while here temporarily from the Midwest. A month ago, I received a BA performed by Dr. Rao and I could not be more pleased with the results developed thus far. Dr. Rao respected my desired look and input his professional advice where needed. His team, from the office to the surgery clinic, was welcoming, compassionate, and skilled in their respective roles- three influential factors to my recommending Dr. Rao's plastic and/or cosmetic services to anyone interested.

I set up a consult via email - the consult was fine- I felt a little rushed - but gave the benefit of doubt that it was because the Dr.really understood what I was looking for. I then went and discussed cost (Thousands of dollars out of pocket) - I had some questions on scheduling and different quotes and was told I would hear back from the office the following day. A week went by (again giving the benefit of doubt) I had yet to hear back from the office. I called and was immediately hung up on- figured it was an accident - called back immediately, and left a voicemail about the information that was supposed to be provided last week. Waited ANOTHER entire week and called the office staff number I was given to call with ANY questions. She answered immediately and asked if she could put me on hold - I said yes.waited an entire 10 minutes on hold before hanging up.
This is the worst customer service I have received from a private Dr.office. - Based on this experience I have doubts about even scheduling a surgery and ensuring things would be handled. I was unable to schedule/set up any further appointments or surgery even if I wanted to use the Dr.
Very disappointing.

Had a very good and positive experience with Dr Rao. He has a very good bedside manner. His office staff is very friendly, helpful and competent. Dr Rao answered all my questions and concerns patiently and thoroughly. Surgery outcome was extremely positive!

I had a procedure done here a little over a year ago. And I been nothing but satisfied. Everyone here was so polite, respectful and answered all my questions. Very happy and would recommend this place. I definitely would be returning if I decided to get anything more:)

Dr Rao has removed 4 Basal Cell Carcinoma from my face. I was very nervous before the first one, but it turned out fine.
About 6 months later another one was found close to my eye. I was hardly nervous at all. It turned out just fine.
I have had all 4 removed over the past 2 years. I can barely see a scar.
I have confidence in Dr Rao. He is very kind and an excellent surgeon.

I was looking for information on a procedure and I made a request for a consultation, Dr. Rao's staff contacted me in 24hrs with an appointment and were very helpful in answering my questions. After meeting with Dr. Rao he made me feel safe and explained everything about the procedure, I decided to schedule the surgery with him. I'm super happy with the results I recomend him 100%.

How can you confirm an appointment for a patient THREE TIMES over the past FIVE days and then call THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT to cancel? And then you offer a new appointment a week away! My mother is in PAIN and she needed to be seen but apparently that is of no concern to your clinic. I am absolutely dumbfounded by your LACK OF CONCERN for your patients.

My issue with this place is that the office is unprofessional. It could be because they mentioned they are short staffed, but they have caused a huge inconvenience for me. First, they called me a day before my appt with Dr. Pokhrel asking if I would be willing to come in earlier. I agreed, and when I came in on 7/27, I waited over an hour to see the doctor. The doctor apologized and did a thorough examination. I have a cyst in my wrist causing great discomfort. The doctor told me she wanted me to get an MRI and will submit the MRI order to radiology limited. I was hoping to have the MRI completed by Mid-August before I went back to work and school full time. I called radiology limited a week after seeing Pokhrel, to schedule the MRI, but they explained that they didn’t receive an order. I called the office inquiring about the status of the order and Savannah said she would take care of it. I waited another week, contacted radiology limited to schedule the MRI, but they said that they still didn’t receive the order. I called Rao a second time and Savannah said that the office was behind on submitting the orders, but it will be submitted. I called radiology limited another week later and still no order. I called Rao a third time and spoke to another person and she got the order submitted. I’ve never had to call a doctors office three different times to get an order submitted for a test. Here I am with discomfort in my wrist and I can’t get the MRI done until 9/10 (it took another couple of weeks to verify insurance and secure a time slot) when I saw the doctor on 7/27. I don’t have an issue with Dr. Pokhrel’s care, I have an issue with the office’s unprofessionalism. Delaying the MRI is delaying my medical care and potential surgery if the MRI determines I need it. I simply want the cyst out of my wrist so I can resume normal activities. I hope this office can learn from their errors so another patient doesn’t have to get delayed medical care.

Dr. Rao and the staff are amazing. They so nice and always happy to answer any questions. I had breast augmentation in May 2021 and i am extremely happy with my results. I'm definitely recommending Dr. Rao and plan to keep coming back for other procedures.

The doctor is usually very nice, but there’s alawa us a huge wait. Today they made me wait for an hour, without so much as a courtesy of communicating that the doctor is running late. Just sign in and sit with a mask on and no water alone in a waiting room. I did get upset about this and enquirer twice how long it would be, at which point I was told the doctor is not going to see you, you can find somewhere else to go!

Very disappointed and shocked. Left 4 messages with staff about the follow up on a post op appointment. A deposit of a cash surgery was asked for and paid at the one and only appointment. Surgery was supposed to be this week based on the financial lady that had all the billing. I've never even received a post op appointment yet. Will be cancelling this surgery and getting my money back of course. I don't understand how not even a call back has been made after all those calls I shouldn't have had to make in the first place. I'm in awe with the unprofessionalism.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Make an appointment and wait 2 hours in the car to be called in then another hour in the room. And that was the second visit. If I was a pretty young thing I would have been in and out in 30 to 45 minutes. Very disappointed. They came highly recommended by my primary physician too. Will advise them on my 2 disappointed visits. Could have ignored it the first time but the second was over the top.
