From start to finish, I was very impressed with the people at Rapid Blinds. My salesman, Dennis, was knowledgeable and had all the answers to my questions. Rafael and Christian, who came to install the shutters, were very courteous. I enjoyed having them work in my house because they were very pleasant and respectful. The only thing is that it was quite a wait to get my blinds installed, around 14 to 16 weeks. So you have to be aware that there will be a wait once you order. The pricing was highly competitive, and I want to suggest to anyone looking for shutters or blinds to contact Rapid Blinds.

Excellent staff from the initial visit with Eric to the installer to the staff at the office. I have used them multiple times and love the customer service end and of course the quality product that they provide is awesome.

I recently had my entire two story home fitted with plantation shutters. Educating myself first on what to buy and how much to spend was a priority since I had no experience with this product. I selected 3 different companies and listened to their advice, compared their prices and selected Rapid Blinds and Shutters. It took 9 weeks from order to install but the day of install was fast, clean and the final result spectacular! I highly recommend this company but also recommend due diligence by comparing the many different businesses who sell this product. Prices vary but service doesnt'!

The shutter quality and installation is amazing. The father and son installation team were professional and explained the maintainence and function of the shutters very clearly and thoroughly. The only issue we had was the salesman did not explain that we needed to provide a covered area for the crew to work in and also he never went over the preinstallation checklist, which goes over these items and in the event the customer fails to comply then the company reschedules and the customer has to pay $125. We were not given a different option for our backdoor on shutter blade size or the option to work around the existing door handle in fact the salesman told us we had to change the door handles in order to install. If you go to their website you can clearly see that that they can custom build these around the door handles which we were told they didn't do. We were not very comfortable with that and felt it should have been gone over better especially since we already put half down on our shutters.so we felt on the hook or trapped. All in all we are happy with how our shutters look but we were left with a creepy salesman vibe, mislead and that thw sale was more important than explaining the entire process.
