Such an amazing company. I was in an accident. My tow driver found me a hotel drove me over there helped carry in all my belongings. And was so caring and nice. After being in a bad accident, I was so shaken up. When I went to go get my stuff out of the car the next day this company was so pleasant and kind. They have been so nice to work with and they’ve helped me out since a couple times. I highly recommend them. They are honest, reliable and trustworthy and I appreciate everything you did for me. It made my traumatic experience, much less traumatic.

Horrible horrible experience, Went to collect my personal belongings from a totaled vehicle and NOBODY was there to assist. I drove 4hr 30mins from Texas, arrived at 1600 Tuesday was told to come back tomorrow because i didn't have the proper paperwork so i got a hotel had the proper paperwork sent over in the morning (10am) ASAP, got to the wreck yard at around 11am with CLOSED signs all over. How are you going to operate a business that does NOT have ANYONE at the office who has permission to access emails, allow for people to get their vehicles/ personal belongings.spoke with a lady who was ZERO help (probably owners wife) she wasn't going to be bothered with providing decent customer service. Stayed there until around 1700 Wednesday hoping that just one authorized person would show up and nothing, drove back and now i don't know when I'll have the time to go pickup my belongings. Money on hotel, food, gas now WASTED. A family of three from Phoenix had taken time off from work and rented equipment just to pick up their vehicle only to be driving back empty handed. You need to have authorized staff at your business during business hours at all times, plain and simple!

Place is a scam my friend was driving from Texas to Tucson car battery died he called them for help it was after hours they denied his help saying everyone was off already which was fine so car was left till next morning car was gone rapid had vandalized my friends car that night and had reported it we called the police station and they said that car was reported by an unidentified pedestrian yeah right.we know holidays are right around the corner people be careful and call a family member or someone you could trust before you call a towing place.

I love Rapid and DJ. They are always fast and reliable. I wish they could find a new driver to cover the tucson area.

These guys are fantastic. After waiting 4 hours for AAA for a tow (AAA is a useless racket IMO), I called Rapid and they were there within 30 minutes. Incredibly nice and professional. Garrison went the extra mile (so to speak) and can’t thank him enough. Great service.

Absolutely the best towing company out there. Reasonable priced for towing and storage. This is the best customer service we have received. If you have the pleasure of working with them Caitlyn will be your biggest help and savior when it comes to any questions you might have and overall a good person to talk to. 100% would recommend this company to any one that is in need of a towing service or repair.

On 22 July 2021 I had to call AAA for a Tow from my office to Benson, AZ.
The driver was very Courteous, Professional and kind in handling this matter.
My issue is NOT with the driver, but rather with the Owner of Rapid Towing who had the audacity to take Advantage of a situation by charging an extra $100.00 for what he called "Off-Road" access, which in fact was less than 1/8 mile on a Hard-Pact Common use road.
Unfortunately, it is either Pay or Stay and I had NO choice; my vehicle had to be towed.
Not only am I dropping AAA for this, but I will NEVER use Rapid Towing again unless the owner reconciles the charge and becomes reasonable about when and where to apply appropriate charges.

I went in to get a quote on labor for my car and didn’t even get that far. Melanie was the lady in the office. She is the absolute rudest, unprofessional person I have ever met in my life. She was screaming extremely vulgar language at someone on her phone while I was standing in front of her waiting, and carried on with that same energy as I was trying to talk to her, a man came in to try to help me and she began to scream at him as well. The guys are awesome here and well trusted which is why I chose to go to them over any other shop. Unfortunately I will not be back as she made me feel extremely uncomfortable and made it known my business was not welcome here.

Our U-haul busted a coolant line, and Antonio came out super quick. Had everything he needed, and we were rolling in moments. He also went above and beyond by bringing waters out with him for us to drink. We really appreciate it.

They recovered a skidsteer I had stolen out of San Antonio TX. The guys were great to work with! They even loaded the machine for me.

Slowest clean up and accident recovery EVER! I've spent more time stuck in traffic on I-10 waiting on these guys. I wonder if the guys from Tim's Wrecker would be willing to offer classes on how to get it done quickly and efficiently so we could spend less time waiting on these amateurs.

This tow service is excellent. The driver Brian is punctual and very friendly. They all are very professional and reasonable in price.

Rude staff brought my wife to tears over locating her car after an accident. They should be removed from county rotation
