I'm just wondering, are you all sooo busy that you don't even think it's important to respond to customers? I sent an email through this portal twice in last year and through the chat, and got zero response. I even tried different email addresses.nothing. I could have been 2-3 month regular customer.instead I got my service elsewhere, had to drive to Phoenix, but it's ok.they responded.twice, spent 1500 each time.your loss.

Best day spa experience ever! From the moment I walked inside, I felt welcome and relaxed. Rapunzel's is a beautiful spa with state of the art equipment, tasteful decorations, calming music and a welcoming environment. Stephanie is very knowledgeable, warm and personable yet professional. It is evident that she connects with her clients and treats them like royalty! I loved her daily body balms (felt wonderful and had a pleasant berry scent), facial cleanser and hydrating creams. My skin feels and looks amazing and I look forward to another wonderful pampering at Rapunzel's!
